Just a heads up for all the people looking at the reviews, looking for a printing company like we were. This is a bulk printing company that called me back to let me know, as they were the only place listed as open on a Saturday, in Kansas City. So, if you were looking for a print out or smaller jobs, like we were, this is not the place for you, despite the google search.

And the company called me to kindly let me know, so I decided to leave this review here for other people searching just like I was. They seem really friendly and kind, and I hope this helps lessen the number of callers to their line from walk-ins like me. Haha.

Dependable, communicitive, reliable, on time. David and the Summit team were SUPER helpful and worked around the clock to ensure my needs were met. I will absolutely use their services again you should too! You will not be disappointed!

David screwed up my first order after the VERY FIRST thing I did was to send pics of the front and back labels on the same role of my old labels along with a youtube video of the label machine on how it worked. We got the unwind direction correct the first time once someone looked at the pic and talked about it before any labels were printed. Then my first order, the front labels on one role and the back labels on another role after I specifically stated the labels went front/ back, front/ back with pics to prove it.

My second order, I ordered different bottle labels with new proofs sent with the order, and the company sent me more of the first l labels I ordered. That was not my fault at all, that was the companies fault 100%. I don't care if you say you get lots of orders a day, your lack of paying attention to details is a liability to the company and hinders other companies relying on your services to be made properly.

I am so glad I found Summit Printing on the internet. This is my first time ordering prints from them and besides offering competitive prices, I chose them for the extensive resources they have on their site. I'm a skeptic when I see bargain pricing, and I have to say I was impressed with EVERYTHING about this company. The pricing is unbelievable. The response time and service was impeccable; down to the late night e-mail responses to my requests for updates, and even the delivery of the signs was incredibly accommodating. The quality is impressive too!

A solid corrugated sign with a tough stake. Better than many of the other signs on the market. The one item of feedback I would note--and it's possible I missed this on their website--but, depending on the quantity you order, the signs may come on pallets stacked and not boxed. The stakes ARE boxed. Not knowing this ahead, it had the potential to create a logistical nightmare for our campaign. However, once again, the service was incredible, and the delivery driver was very accommodating and brought the signs direct to our building instead of the original delivery address. Five stars! Will be doing business again if mass sign printing is needed. Everyone should do business with this company.

We use Summit for all our stickers - they are great! Easy to work with, timely and they put a lot of attention to detail in to their projects. Without being asked to, they took the time to add fun and creative details to the designs we needed for our sandwich box stickers- that is professionalism! And you won't beat their prices, we checked around - very reasonable

No brainer for printing needs: -Worked with David on 5 different printing needs in past month -David me whenever there was an issue, and went beyond my expectations -Production from when I sent artwork to when it was shipped and received was FAST -Had a custom, curve ball project, that David spent extra time on to make sure it came out to my specs. -Not sure if he works every weekend, but was able to contact him and move my project along even on the weekend -Seemed to be always available -Prices for all of the projects were the most competitive I have seen. (Side Note: I typically invest a great deal of time shopping for services, this is a very competitive priced company for the products it makes.) -I typically do not spend time writing reviews for companies, even ones that do good jobs for me, but I had to for David and Summit Printing. Ordered 5,000 magnets for a show we're doing here in Cleveland, OH. They arrived sooner than expected and they look beautiful. As for the customer service, It's amazing. I spoke with David V. and I know I was a difficult customer (I kept changing my mind on quantity, size, etc) yet he helped the entire time. Also my logo was not at the proper resolution and he helped me make sure it was so that it would look perfect, versus just letting it slide since I had already submitted the order. Also; The quality of the magnets are much better than those flimsy waste of money ones I previously ordered from, well... ya know the place.

It rhymes with missedaprint.... The magnets from Summit however can actually hold a piece of paper to a fridge! Who woulda thunk lol. (seriously, don't ever buy magnets from the other place.. biggest waste of money ever) Anyways. I'm very happy and Summit Printing truly was outstanding and are my new go to place! This is my second time using Summit Printing for my postcards to advertise my photo and video work and I must say I'm very satisfied with every aspect of this local business. David, who runs customer service, is very courteous and responds to messages with urgency. As we were getting ready for our town's Council election - I was put on lawn sign duty. I found Summit Printing - and called them that evening - and their customer service rep put me in touch with David - who, quite honestly I thought I would deal with the next day - as it was later in the evening. Much to our surprise - David not only got back to me minutes later - but had a quote, eta, had answers to all our questions - and we placed the order for our signs that evening. David has been nothing but a sheer pleasure to work with - they are without a doubt our new vendor of choice. This printing service is absolutely deserving of perfect 5 star reviews. I'm an attorney that runs a law firm, and I've tried other printing services for direct mail solutions - Summit Printing Pro consistently has the highest quality product bar none, at the most reasonable prices. The only place I could find that could do postcards cheaper had substantially lower quality. I'm so satisfied with my service, I've not even considered shopping around for other options.
