Double check their work. On the first run, the business cards they printed were skewed; they also used the wrong weight paper. They did not mention anything when they told me the cards were ready for pick up; I checked the cards, caught both errors, and requested that they reprint. They then reprinted the business cards correctly, but, instead of 500 cards, gave me 420.
When I went to pick up the second batch, I mentioned to them that the box of cards in the second printing looked smaller (and would have fewer cards. Instead, I was told, "oh, no. It's just the packaging. There are 500 cards in there." I counted the cards. There were only 420.) Had I not counted the cards, they were going to charge $160 for these cards.
They also charged this much even though I provided them with the digital file for the design. Ask for a price quote in writing before you place your order with them. Then, carefully check the result. If you have the patience for this, you will eventually get your order correctly executed.

Our company switched to the Webb Company via a referral after a horrid, horrid experience with another printer. James, Sheila and all the Webb Company staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and are always looking for ways to help you save a buck on your printing! We've gotten stationery, envelopes, correspondence cards, business cards and I am sure they would be awesome at any other paper good you could possibly desire! Three cheers for them!
