I came to AB Press with two large very specific printing requests, with a tight deadline. In the week that I worked with the AB Press Staff on these two jobs, I received multiple emails and calls regarding quotes, status updates, ideas for how to improve my artwork from Nora, Brittany, and Brian. It helped me feel confident they were on top of things, and had great knowledge!
After all of that AND a last minute curveball of change to the format of my pamphlets, I got all of my items EARLY and they look great. One order was a set of large lawn signs and the other was a trifold program. I will absolutely be using AB Press for all of my future printing needs. Great customer service. Great output. AB Press really bailed me out of a mess. I am a member of the San Jose Exchange Club and our club opens the Rose, While, and Blue parade every year because we hand out more than 4,000 flags to kids. We open the parade with two members carrying our banner followed by a car and people handing out flags. The hotel where we store the banner lost the banner.
So we were bannerless and it was 1 PM on Friday July 1 -- I noticed that AB Press closes at 5 PM and are not open on weekends -- so I was doubtful. But at 3 PM we had a beautiful new banner...not only that but the people are friendly, efficient, and professional -and the price was very reasonable. AB Press has won a client.

I am not even exaggerating when I say that if I could give A B Press 10 stars, I would! This is the best print shop in the entire Bay Area. They treat customers with so much respect and kindness, I love it. The turn around time is fast and the quality of the work is amazing! Besides everyday printing such as business cards and letterhead, they also offer vehicle wraps, vinyl banners and posters.
I have referred so many friends and colleagues here and all of them thank me for referring them to a great place. The owners and staff are so friendly, it is a family environment. I love this place so much and would recommend/refer it to anyone searching for a new print shop to do business with. Simply amazing in every way.
