Wonderful owner! You get that personal attention you don't find at larger chain stores. I love that I don't feel like someone is trying to up sell to me but instead listens to my needs and gets me what I need for the best price. HIGHLY recommended.

I was in a last minute situation for programs needed for my wedding, (literally the day before our wedding) And I contacted all the "main" stores like Office Depot, office max etc and explained my situation, of the size I needed and how my laptop was being unsuccessful with attaching to my flash drive. NONE of these stores knew what I was talking about, they couldn't tell me if they had the size I needed and all recommend I buy a new flash drive and come all the way in to the store to see if they could possibly help. (Which was nice, but come on, I just explained I'm in a jam and needed results right away) So I googled print making shops and came across The Print Makers in New Hope, MN and decided to give them a try after reading the great reviews and I couldn't have been more happier!

I got in touch with Jim right away, explained my situation again and immediately he understood EXACTLY what I needed and to help with my flash drive issue he recommended I send an email of the file to him directly to review and he could run a sample right away! Jim got back to me with in 5 mins told me this something he could totally complete and have done ASAP for me and asked if I could come in to view the sample.

Once I arrived I was blown away by how beautiful just the sample result was, the crisp quality, and perfect card stock option! Jim had 150 programs completed for me with in 2 hours and was beyond fairly priced and completely with in our budget! Our guests were so impressed that by the end of the evening we literally had all of our programs back and they weren't thrown all over floor or left on tables like you typically see at weddings.
