The difference in any business is customer service. I went in to ask about purchasing products. The young lady who approached me was curt and unresponsive. I handed her a sample of what I wanted and asked if they could something like it. She just said "no" and handed it back to me. She offered no suggestions or alternatives. I showed her another sample of another product and she said - "That's on our website." I responded I could not find it and she said "well, it's there.
You just have to look for it, " and walked away. I always give people the benefit of the doubt since they they be having a bad day but this is beyond the pale. I will never go back.

The service that I receive from City Colors Inc is always first class. From providing a proof copy to fit my requirements, to price and then quality of the finished product they cannot be faulted. Finally, and very importantly, their communication are clear, friendly and helpful. All in all an excellent service.

Well since this company decided to close our account (yes we were still willing to order other items from them because we know how to carry a business, ) I guess I can give the full experience working with City Colors for years. For some time now their quality has been diminishing. I've had clients come back to me with damaged business cards and flyers (that's what I mostly sell.) I even had an order of cut magnets that did not stick whatsoever.
Instead of refunding us they wanted to do a partial refund and didn't replace the magnets. I have records for all the damages they've provided as "goods." Point being they don't have a quality check point. Their customer service is really bad. They seem annoyed almost all the time and if you claim anything at all, they'll have something to say. I've paid for rapid production only to be told "it's not ready, " won't even refund for the rush charges.
They've been in business since 1998 with the same owners. I believe company's should uphold high quality standards. Unfortunately this company does not. It's a shame. Thanks for closing us out. We have moved on to the next chapter with our new partner. Have a great day everyone

Do not print here been with them for years and who ever is in charge now doesn't care about customers and business, that count on them for printing. Cards and postcards are arriving different color and inconstant. They simply said go somewhere else they don't care. You can tell the employees don't have an interest in the company and have no idea how a business is run. Avoid this company!

Maylin has a very colorful attitude. When asked to please not put on hold again (had been on-hold for 10 minutes and sent to random mailboxes) Her reply was "to not tell her what to do". After explaining that I was representing my client who apparently talked to the owner for a $100k order of covid-19 tests her attitude persisted and simply put me on hold again. If the owner reads this, you're missing out on substantial revenue due to your customer front. Good luck to you all.

We love working with City Colors! Projects are done on time and ready when expected. While some vendors closed during COVID, they kept on working to provide their services to those of us trying to hang on to our small businesses through the lockdown. Aymee, Maylin, and Miguel and the rest of their staff get it and have become a go to partner for us for many, many years.

There are only two things I look for in the printing biz: great customer service and even better prices. It's no surprise this family owned business delivers on both fronts. I'm very happy with their work and turnaround time. Whoever wrote a crappy customer service review must not be in the biz or read any major print publications such as Printing Impressions. It's no secret they've been around for 30 years!

I love it when a business feels entitled to be rude. My company has a long standing relationship with this company who only does business with company's and not individuals. My client called to see what time her flyers would be ready as we asked for a 24 hour turn around. After being told that the policy was 5pm she explained that she had a job and that she was under the impression that 24 hours meant 24 hours.
They then cancelled the order, and disabled my account and told my client "we can just throw your flyers in the trash." My client even explained that she was just an unhappy customer trying to find a solution. Reply "we don't have time for that." Guess you don't need money, or never took a business etiquette class.
