We have worked with Minute Man Press several times and every single time they have been amazing. Very quick response time, super friendly, professional, huge variety of paper and great prices. I would highly recommend going to them for any print work. (They have printed all of our wedding stuff for our wedding this month like seating chart, bar menu, invitations and ceremony pamphlet) y'all rock!

Minuteman Press in North Austin has a new owner who does not understanding graphic design at all. She has unjustly fired multiple employees for knowing how to do the job far better than she rather than trying to learn the business. A real quote from said owner - "We don't need graphic designers." Further, she privately has discouraged her employees from accepting work from local artists, telling them to push far harder and give better prices to the big businesses only. This used to be a fantastic shop. At this point, I STRONGLY recommend that folks utilize any of the other Minuteman Press shops, but NOT this location.

Our company attended SXSW in Austin this year, which was a last-minute decision. We needed to print retractable banners and flyers within a few days. I called a couple of different printers to see who would be able to support us, and what the timeline would be. Minuteman Press was one of the few companies that would be able to deliver quickly. They told me I would receive everything by Friday morning, but ended up delivering a day earlier.

We placed the order on Tuesday. The quality was great, and I could always easily reach them in case I had questions. Great customer service, great quality AND fast delivery - that's a rare combination! Thank you for your help.

I contacted Heather unexpectedly at very short notice to do some specialty printing for a very special occasion. The team pulled out all the stops for me and checked back regularly to be sure the finished work was going to meet my expectations. The work was completely slightly ahead of schedule and bang on budget. They are a joy to work with: knowledgeable, professional, warm and friendly. I recommend them highly.

I LOVE working with this location of MMP. Affordable and fast, but most importantly the staff is so helpful and friendly. We have been using MMP for over a year now and absolutely love them! They are super resoinsive and get back ti you fairly quickly. If you express urgency they will genuanely do everyhting int heir power to make it happen asap. I LOVE that they review my files for details I might have missed before printing. Most printing companies do not care about ehat you send or if it has any issues. MMP actually review ne y one of ny file and let me know if they see typos, issued with the numbers of the pages, etc. I love this because they have saved me from spending thousands of dollars in mistakes! She was kind, patient and supportive in making sure that my print order exceeded my expectations. Make not mistake, this isn't one of those companies with a name that implies something about their service but never actually delivers on that promise. In this case, when they say Minuteman, they truly mean speed! My small rush order of postcards were printed and ready in 23 minutes! I've word with other printeries that don't even get proofs back to you with 24 hours. In addition, customer service and quality was top notch! Minuteman Press met all the tenets of the Project Management Triangle (Quality, Price, and Speed).

I'm an Austin artist and was looking for a print shop to transform some artwork into printed greeting cards and note cards. Previously I have tried using online printing services, but hated not being able to preview and approve the end results as to color, paper quality, etc. I also found these online outfits to be expensive, and the delivery time was weeks. Well, when I walked into MMP and asked if they could make my images into note cards, Monique said "Of course--we can do anything you want!" She took my digital images and in three days she had run test copies (which I approved in person) and printed my order.

The results were spectacular, and the price was right. Next I am having business cards made in the shape of a book marker with one of my oil paintings on the front and text on the back. After a botched print order from my company, I needed business cards to match our corporate standard with a 24 hour notice for SXSW Interactive. Evan at MMP took my InDesign files and set up the cards in an afternoon, and had them delivered to my hotel the next day. When I compared the cards to a real LEGO business card, the differences could barely be seen - they nailed it. The service and quality were unbelievable - and they did it all with 24 hours notice. Highly recommended!
