This place exceeded my already high expectations. The design work, the customer service, the communication, the colors and quality. everything was perfect. I had two designs for embroidered patches that were complicated to say the least (lots of intricate line work and color changes) but they nailed it. Threads Embroidery has done several custom jobs for me and they never disappoint! The last job was difficult because I wanted a locomotive embroidered on the left side of a polo shirt. The picture was detailed and Jim managed to get all of the detail into the artwork with excellent resolution. The customer service was outstanding, too.
