Dragonfly Screen Graphics

I've been working with Dragonfly for years now and have recommended them to everyone I know. I host about ten events a year and I provide shirts to everyone who attends. Tyler, the designer, always helps me create memorable designs, and Rose and Brittney make sure I get the best price and service. I love using a local company to provide shirts for my business, especially when they're as good as Dragonfly Screen Graphics.

They did a great job on our custom masks. Communication was great and turnaround was super quick. I highly recommend them for any sort of screenprinting jobs.

I see some negative reviews on here and it blows my mind. Our experience was EXCELLENT! From beginning to end, Mel was right there with us and was on point with every answer to our questions. I'm very picky about shirts, so they worked with me to find the perfect shirt. Tyler was johnny on the spot with artwork tweaks, which we came to the table with a design and designer, but he was awesome with the tweaks we made. If you don't have a designer, he has got your back! We love our shirts and will be ordering from them again!

I have placed 2 large t-shirt orders for the past few years with Dragonfly. Just got my order dropped off today and as always I'm happy with the results. David is great and easy to work with. Let's keep them up and running!

We are a local massage business and got masks made as our holiday give away. Our clients love them! The quality was great and so was the price! Staff was very responsive and professional to deal with. Will definitely be placing future orders. Highly recommend.

Very professional and nice people. Communicated strictly by email until I came in to see the first print of my product. After that they were all ready within an hour. I was greeted and taken care of. My answers were all answered and I was even shown where they print to see how things work. I will continue to have a working relationship with Dragonfly.

Very professional quality, and customer service. They let me watch and preview the 1st shirts coming off the press. Then helped me adjust the colors to match the design I wanted perfectly. Thank you for all the help!

Beware. You might be wasting your time. I was hoping to get a field day shirt bid. A fairly large order for a local elementary school. I was told to speak with David. After asking a question about my request, I never heard back from him. Its been a few weeks now and he still hasn't gotten back with me. Whenever I call he is either busy or out of the office. Is this really a legitimate screen printing business? Just plain weird.

You never know who you are dealing with, so if you get so big that you have to be rude and show poor customer support, then the time will come when you are no longer successful and could really use those who you turned away. Just a word to the wise from someone who will never call your company again.

We have used various local screen printing companies in the past and so far Dragonfly has been the best to work with. Great customer service, great prices and quality work. We will now use them exclusively. Our sales rep Tim was great to work with. If you need t-shirts printed they are worth checking out!
