Needed several packs of paper cut down for card making. I emailed Jive! and they quickly responded with a VERY competitive price. I brought in the paper and they were able to cut it while I waited. They even neatly shrink wrapped the finished cuts! Wow, I wasn't expecting that! I will definitely use them again. Shout out to Brian and Team for a job well done!

Horrible customer service. I went in for a quote on a project. There's virtually no system for getting stuff printed, they just give you a card & tell you to email them, them once you email them, no one calls you or emails you back. Complete waste of time. Go to PRO GRAPHICS.

I called and spoke to one of their employees about printing t-shirts. He didn't seem to be very enthusiastic about helping me. He asked me to send him the artwork and gave me his email address. I emailed him the artwork and sent a second email to confirm he got the first one. Never heard back. ***Apparently, they were having problems with their email. I heard back from them today via email.
