SCAM! Taken my money, every time I call or chat with support they tell me they will look into my order and why I haven't received it yet, no one ever tells me anything and I keep trying but get nothing back. I've lost my customers, time and money from this! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I waited over a month before leaving this review trying to contact and get information so I didn't have to do this, but I have got nothing other than we will try to find out what is taking so long with your order and then being ghosted

This has to be the worst and most irresponsible company in the country and that i have EVER worked with to the point where i can't imagine how they're not embarrassed. I ordered an EPSON S600 printer. And it's been 3 MONTHS since I've received it and they have yet to send a technician to set up or install the machine. Don't bother wasting your money on this company unless you want to waste your time and money and gain a few headaches. Would give them 0 stars if i could and it's honestly embarrassing

Place has scammers employed. I called 12/20/2021 to purchase a printer. Their representative told me someone from sales would call me back. My phone rang several minutes later, and it was a man who told me the printer i wanted was in stock. He then said he would send an email with an invoice link where I could pay. Which I did. The money was subtracted from my bank account.
Three weeks later, no printer. Called All American print supply, they have no record of my order, and were of no help. My bank is opening a fraud investigation. Would not recommend dealing with this place.
