An update to our review based on our second experience with this company. They created our table cloth and stand up banner and they came out great so we decided to use their services again for an awning to place on the front of our building. The whole experience was a nightmare. They had to come out several times to fix the awning due to the numbers and letters on the awning bleeding and chipping really bad.
Every time they brought the awning back it got worse and worse. It's like they kept trying to do a quick fix and made it even worse. We have had this awning less than 4 months and it just keeps peeling. It's horrible. The good news is the manager did issue us a full refund. But as a small business owner the whole process was a complete headache. and to date I have an awning that is peeling and does not look brand new. As I mentioned, the table cloth and stand up banner are nice and they held up well. But I cannot recommend this company for awnings. They are cheaply made.

We needed a rush order for vinyl graphics completed and installed for an error that was realized last minute at the convention center. In just a few hours they were done and our crisis was averted. I got a sweatshirt done here for school. I know I'm very particular and can be a difficult person with my decision making. Eighteen emails later, my sweatshirt finally met my approval. These guys are great. I expected to wait a few weeks, but they delivered in just days and the quality was better than what I was expecting. I had some banners and signs made for a charity walk and ended up referring a friend to have a vehicle wrap, everything looked beautiful. Always great quality and quick!

I have two t-shirts that were printed by Richart, and I'm very pleased with both! The quality of the graphics is excellent and the pre-shrunk cotton material feels very durable. One of the shirts was made for my kickball team, and they offered us really great service, perfectly replicating our design (front and back) with a crazy fast turnaround.
While other places quoted us at slightly cheaper rates, it would have taken a much longer time and many printers were also not able/willing to work with our design, so it was 100% worth it to pay a little extra for the quality and service.
