My first impression of this place was actually very good. It wasn't until the business was actually taken care of when it all fell to below 0. It became VERY unprofessional, weeks without replies. A company shouldn't complain about wanting samples of clothing if the very first item that was made was messed up completly. How hard is it to make an image straight? Ryan is who I worked with and he gets 1/5 just like the company rating for always having an attitude and being hard to work with. I highly suggest going somewhere else.
