This shop is full of great people! They find a way to get what no one else can. I went to three other companies when I was looking to change a uniform vendor. They all said the color was out of stock, First Coast T-Shirt had my shirts ready for pick up in 2 weeks. The fastest turn around I've had for a clothing order for my company. They communicate about your order.

They're upfront about what they can do, how much it will be, and when it will get done. Everyone there treats me like royalty, and I'm not a big client by far. 100% on correct orders. If you want something quality representing your brand, from a local/veteran owned business, do yourself a favor and go here. They are the best vendor I deal with, and their pricing is incredible! Compared to who I was previously using for uniforms, I saved 20-25% for a better quality product and orders that arrive in half to 1/3 of the time. Support some Vets, get better products, less expensive, quicker turn around, happier employees, and service you can't find anywhere else.

I wanted to get a rain jacket with my organizations logo embroidered onto it, however I was having a hard time finding a place that could do it for a reasonable cost locally. I contacted First Coast T's and worked with Darvy. He had several suggestions and was very helpful during the consult and design process. He kept excellent communication from start to finish.

Went there to get shirts made and the first time they took forever almost a month to get it started then I hired a big dude that needs a bigger shirt. Then I tried to order just like 10 more shirts and they said I had to order 24 or more to place an order. They told me I could bring shirts in during business hours and thats what I tried to do and being that Ive already did business I thought they would do it but they didnt so I went elsewhere. I see JSO police there picking up shirts all the time and they get treated with top respect.but some people they are against. So I just went elsewhere

Great experience creating shirts for our veterans projects. The colors are vibrant and the shirts maintain their shape and color through the wash. I love supporting small business owners who have great customer service!

Their customer service is terrible. Michael is very condescending. And the logos that I had embroidered are not at all what I asked for nor are they the right color. If you can't match the color exactly, call the customer and offer a different option. Don't pick a color that you think will look good. especially if it's not a neutral color like black or white. I will never be back and I don't recommend them to anyone!
