I have been trying to reach out to you for a quote and to get some more information on what services your company provides. I am calling from our business phone and since we are a healthcare agency we have to have calls recorded. Every time I have called, Twice you let the recording play through and I say Hello to introduce myself and you continually hang up. I was hoping to hire your company but first impressions are everything.

I reached out to Caroline about getting a print on a canvas for our new office space. She gave a great overview of everything Repro does and presented some awesome ideas for our new office space. So so impressed with the customer service here and how great the communication was to me the entire time!

I have worked with Repro Graphix for several years now. Their service and responsiveness to my needs have always been outstanding. Their work product is always timely, accurate, and of top quality. Repro also provides insight on how to make my projects better with solutions that I had not thought of. Equally important, Repro is also an avid supporter (and provides the same excellent work product and quality service) of several non for-profit organizations throughout Indianapolis! It is refreshing to see a company with such a strong commitment to making our community better.

I have heard good things about Repro Graphics from artist friends and decided to have my large watercolor painting scanned but I have some concerns about the quality of service and customer service I recieved. I called ahead two hours to check to see if they were busy before I went in and the lady that answered the phone kindly checked to make sure the graphics team was not busy with large projects and they were not.
I asked how long the scan would take for a 22 " x 30" image and she said about 15 minutes. So I thought great, a quick in and out. When I arrived however I was told it would take 3 hours and while I wasn't expecting that I was able to fit it into my schedule. All I needed was a scan to a digital copy. When I came back to pick it up at 3 we had to wait another 30 minutes for the scan to be finished.
I then asked to see the scan there and the young lady at the desk let us see it on a monitor. I was very disappointed to see a large and obvious vertical stripe running across my painting. We checked the original and thankfully it was just the scan with the line distortions. We then talked to the graphics worker who scanned the image and he said that this kind of things happens and he "does not want to put it on the customer but it takes us time to fix it and we are very busy." I paid a higher price for a good scan and while he did offer to fix it in Photoshop I was very dissatisfied with the response on a obviously bad scan. I'm not a high end client but I still felt that my business should matter and I felt like their mistake was an inconvenience to them to fix.

I'd love to use Repro Graphix for my printing needs (and actually have for years until recently), but they just make it so darn inconvenient to go to them for anything. I have fairly consistent printing needs, but nothing is ever huge- $50 or less. Previously, I just emailed my print job, told them when I needed it, and paid by credit card upon pickup.
The last three times I've done this (for jobs that were all $10 or less), I was told that I would have to fill out and scan back a credit card authorization form or drive to their shop to pay in person before they'd proceed with my job. Now, I don't know about everyone else, but I'm pretty busy during the day. It seems a little ridiculous that I'd have to spend 20 minutes printing out, filling out, scanning, and emailing back a form, or 40 minutes round trip driving to their shop for a teeny tiny job (this last one was $5.35), especially when I've been a good customer for years.
When I pointed this out, they said I could apply for an account with them, but I'd need to provide two bank references and a list of my company's "principle suppliers" (I don't even know what that means). Also, did I mention that the print job was $5.35? I've filled out less complicated paperwork to get a credit card. Anyway, I'd love to keep going here, but they've made it complete pain in the butt. I've been taking my business to the nearby Fedex where I can have things printed while I wait, or order easily online. It's too bad. I'd much rather shop local.

After reading reviews on Yelp, I had my save the date postcards printed here. I compared pricing with brainstorm print and repro was less expensive by a mile. When I stopped in to visit to see about the printing they had paper samples out and ready for me to paw to determine what I needed. They gave me a quote and when the product was done the prices matched up.
They had you email a coordinator for orders and she quickly answered my emails. The post cards were cut when I picked them up and exactly how the document I sent over was. I will most likely have them print address labels and actual wedding invitations once I can finalize a design if they are able to do it. This was something that I was worried about when planning the wedding reception but after receiving the save the dates I am relieved I don't have to waste that energy.

ReproGraphix has a great staff and great local ownership. They have always provided quality copying, printing, and scanning services to our company. They do our business cards and our high quality printing. They do our holiday cards as well. Always a pleasure to deal with at every level of their company!

We had our wedding invites printed here. Prior to receiving the final product, I was prepared to give Repro only 3 stars because I just didn't feel a good customer service vibe. It was sort of like pulling teeth to get information, I never met the sales person who handled my order (only emailed with him, despite him being in the building both times I was there), employees were slow to greet me when I walked in, etc. Really, I think that Repro is probably a great option if you have a corporate need, but perhaps it's not the best choice for personal needs.
All that being said, I bumped them up to 4 stars because the final product was fabulous. The printing looks phenomenal--super shiny and fancy and professional. I assumed they would not cut the invitations for us (I even told the sales guy that it was OK and that I could do it on my own so I wouldn't have to pay more), but imagine my delight when I picked them up and found them cut for no extra charge!
All said and done I paid under $30 for 65 full color printed pages. I do love spending my money at local businesses (but this was cheaper than all of the national chain options that I also checked with anyway!).

Great quality, fast turn-around time, and friendly staff. Love this place. And fyi, if you are looking for a place downtown where you can get some quick photocopies made, they can do that too. Sometimes it's hard to find that--I used to go to the Staples by IUPUI, and this is my replacement spot for that!

First, I'd like to point out that the name of this business is actually Repro Graphix, just in case someone else is looking for it under this name. For years, the staff at RG have consistently been helpful, friendly and professional. I have used their services as a student as well as a professional, and as an adjunct faculty member at IUPUI, I have recommended them to my graphic design students. It's always polite to give them a few days of turn-around time, but they have always been able to accommodate rush-orders when we're in a pinch. Yet another local business I'm proud to recommend!

Repro-Graphics saved my day. I had a deadline to submit a set of architectural drawings in downtown Indianapolis, and my original plan of using Fed Ex Kinkos to print and courier the drawings fell through. Repro-Graphics was more than helpful in ensuring that my drawings would get printed and delivered, same day. They were extremely helpful over the phone, and very professional to deal with. Go with the smaller businesses instead of larger -- much better service!

Extremely disappointed in my experience. I had wedding invitations printed here, and unfortunately have to have them redone. This is due to lack of attention to detail from the graphic design department. A portion of the RSVP cards are misaligned and through the transfer and creation of the invitation file, my name and my fiance's names are significantly different sizes.
When I brought these items to their attention I was offered a 25 percent discount to reprint. I appreciate the attempt at customer service, but I won't be using their services in the future.

Excellent next day quality for printing.have been using them since my college days (they are close to 16th street where the old Herron School of Art & Design used to be) and have continued to use them out in the real world. The only problem lately is some confusion with the sales rep or whatever his position is who I work with. he is very mumbly and quiet on the phone and in person and we often miscommunicate on sizing and colors -especially when we communicate mainly by email.he is very short and to the point but doesn't iterate back to me what my order is so often he is thinking one thing and I am thinking another. But he is very quick to fix any errors once they are found. Excellent pricing as well.
