I have been working with OVO over the past year on a practice introduction booklet. When it came time to do the printing Harold and Premier Press were recommended to us by Ryan/Eric and the team at OVO. We had a mix of hard and soft cover booklets sent to us. After we took delivery we realized that we didnt' receive the hard covers that went with the booklets.
After much back and forth with Harold we recognized that they produced and shipped it, but UPS never delivered it to us (two part order, 8 boxes each, 1 was dissimilar and just never recevied). We both tooth our time trying to see if we could locate the missing hardcovers. When it became apparent that they weren't going to show up, Harold and his team basically said, "Dr Kang don't worry about it, we are gonna get this done right by you." And that was the end of story. New covers being made and ready to be shipped out shortly. Professionalism personified and a customer for life. Thanks Harold

Unprofessional and ungrateful employees. Typical politics, old employees that don't do their job and are allowed to continue to do so. Relationships exist on a more than friends basis between bosses and co-workers. This leads to favoritism and inequality amongst the treatment of workers. The younger employees or gen Z'rs are on their phones all day and there is a lack of accountability across the board.
Hard work does not pay off here. As far as the business side.well it's better than the work side but I wonder if any customer would support a business with this knowledge and support their products and services. Take Heed NIKE, ADIDAS, BLISS, BANFIELD, DUTCH BROTHERS, TACO BELL, STARBUCKS. Your money is not in good hands and any business model that incorporates this type of culture is something I would not want attached to my brand and philosophy.
