I've used these now for just over 3 years, never had problems with any of my photos from them gd prices and great service. U only pay for the photos u send to them different sizes comes with different prices. And delivery is free.

I always go here for any photo prints or passport photos or bus pass photos. Great service, can get a great photo even if the original is a bit rough.

Really awful. Ordered 8 prints and only 6 arrived. I contacted them to ask them to please send out the remaining 2 that I paid for. They apologised and asked me what the prints were so I sent them an email with the images expecting of course to be told that they will send them out. But I was very wrong in that assumption. After this they stopped responding to emails and sent nothing to me. I have now had to go to PayPal for a refund because they are refusing to respond to my emails.

I've ordered on their freesnaps.co.uk website as I needed photos for next day as advertised. They arrived 4 days later and been sent by royal mail 48 so there was no chance they would come in desired time. I've sent emails and had no response. Photos quality is awful. Out of 20 pictures not even one is with good colours. Very disappointed.

I recently ordered some photos and some have faded. I contacted Image Express and got a response almost immediately. They have offered to reprint the photos as they don't understand what has happened. I am so impressed with the service I am receiving as I thought it was going to be a nightmare! I would thoroughly recommend.

Such a disappointment. The quality of the photographs was very sub standard. Even with free delivery I would not use or recommend them.

Great service, I ordered passport photos for my 5 month old, the lovely gentleman advised that my photo may not print as well. I resent an alternative photo which he edited and sent the same day. Would highly recommend!
