Called asking to see if I could get some simple T-shirts done, first I talked with a really nice lady, she explained to me all the different styles and all, then she transferred me to a guy named Joe, terrible customer service.the price was a little bit over what I expected which it was okay, then I asked if they had any discount going on for first time customers, he said exactly like this " I'm sorry can't help you with your order and hangup the phone". I honestly don't leave reviews but this guy oww like so unprofessional.

They are locally owned and operated and I know I can walk right into the shop if I have a question, or I need advice on the best promotional items for my business.
