For over 43 years, Decorative has been an industry leader in silk screening primary rigid packaging. Specializing in bottles, jars, and closures, we can provide multi color print to a wide variety of cylinders, ovals, squares, and tubes. From mass production to a few season SKU's, 10 fully automatic machines, and 20 semi automatic presses on our production floor allow us to accomodate any size order.
In order to silk screen an image, films and screens need to be created for each pass prior to the first run. Films are made using camera ready artwork submitted as a vector or ai. Required for all HDPE and PP packaging. Flaming is necessary for proper ink adhesion prior to printing. Decorative inspects and tests all packaging upon arrival to determine if products require flaming.
