I did all my outsourcing here with no problems! However, then I got a Konica Minolta machine, and they pay to do it in-house and they even pay for the servicing and toner, so I had to quit wasting money printing when I could lease or own it and not have to leave. Business was great, but I love not having to leave and be able to print in-house! Whew! Saves so much time, money and effort!

If you can turn around a print job in a few hours without completely invoice raping me you're all good in my book. I'm sure that's gotta be tough to do on a consistent basis so I'll overlook the fact that one of the guys over there was pretty rude when I called to follow up on an order. A shout out to a woman named Danielle who's patience and bedside manner saved what could have been a deuces I'm out situation and turned it into a four star review. Overall they're faster and more affordable then FedEx. If you need printing on short notice that's all you really need to know about Print X-Press.

This printing company may not have the most stellar of communication skills, but they get big props from me for turning around one postcard print job in one day and another in less than 6 hours. That's impressive, folks. Print X-Press got back to me with a quote within a few hours, but beyond that communication among the office members was fairly disjointed.
Normally it wouldn't be a huge deal when our print job would be ready (by the hour), but when things are rushed, a few hours makes a big difference. Regardless, our job was completed, looked great, and prices were cheaper (by quite a bit) compared to the local Kinko's. Next time we need a quick print job in the city, I'll likely use Print X-Press again.

I've been meaning to write a review here for a while. I use Print Xpress for all of my work marketing materials and they're always responsive and quick --many times completing jobs within a few hours. Their pricing is fair. I recently used them for some personal items for my wedding and they did a really great job and were cheaper than some other printing places.
They have also gone above and beyond to find the perfect paper for me or to use some of my own binding materials, when necessary. Kishore is always very helpful and Danielle is also great, as well as the other employees. Danielle has helped me with InDesign issues, working with me to correct margins, cropping, etc. prior to printing. They always ask me to look at a proof before they print a large project, which is helpful.
I feel like I need to comment on the one star review --if he had an error in the business card, he should have caught it before it went to print. They print what you give them, they always send a proof for you to review. It's not their fault you had a typo. I would also feel bad if I had a large job with an error, but the responsibility would be mine. Regardless, they do a good job and I would recommend them for large or small jobs.

Giving this company 1 star is being very generous. I ordered some business cards for my law firm and they somehow misspelled "attorney, " spelling it ATTOURNEY, like I am some sort of French lawyer. Once I noticed the mistake, I called them to make them aware and they immediately placed the blame on me, saying that I OK'ed their proof. Well, the proof they sent me was faxed and to be honest, all I looked for was to make sure my difficult last name was spelled correctly.
They make business cards for a living and they are located downtown. You would think they are familiar with the spelling of attorney by now. After telling me repeatedly that they would only correct the problem if I paid for the new cards, I was hung up on. I have never been dealt with so rudely for something that should have been taken care of in a matter of minutes. Instead, I had to have my assistant call them back and threaten to report them to the Better Business Bureau before they agreed to make the new cards free of charge. Hence, I will never use their services again.
