When it comes to security, Casinos go above and beyond to ensure patron safety. Security begins on the casino floor, where employees watch the games and patrons. Dealers are busy with their own game, so they are unlikely to notice if someone is cheating. Other casino employees watch the table. When playing Poker, players place their bets into the pot, and when the bets equalize, the remaining player collects the pot. Chance is a significant factor in poker results. Players make decisions based on psychology, game theory, and probability.

This place does not silkscreen stickers regardless of their name. They used to, but not they don't. The owner Denis let everyone go and now digitally prints everything. The stickers look like crap. I mistakenly gave them more business thinking they silkscreened and upon picking up my order I discovered they weren't. Denis would not even give me half of my money back after explaining to him my confusion about the new product.

If you want a quality product for your brand do not use these guys, find a sticker silkscreener. A once good business and turned it to poop just to save a couple bucks. Sad actually.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They still owe me a refund that Laura Garcia promised over the phone via the owner. I placed an order for a client in July that never got delivered and never received any updates or status on. Had to use a different company and then 2 1/2 months later they charged my credit card and shipped the stickers without asking me if I still needed them.

Then Laura promised a 50% discount if I kept the stickers. Weekly calls resulted in lies from Laura that the refund was on it's way. Finally had to report them to the Better Business Bureau. You can see their overall "F" rating on their page here: http://www.bbb.org/losangelessiliconvalley/business-reviews/home-decor-accessories-and-gifts-online-retailer/cal-silkscreen-in-torrance-ca-347965

This place was well recommended by a good friend of mine, Denis helped me out and was very friendly all up until I placed the order. Then nobody would pick up my calls. I was promised my job in 5 days, five days came and finally Laura answer and she took care of everything. I was two days late with my client but he didn't mind since the quality was so good.

I was very frustrated at first but the final outcome was soo good that I don't mind giving them four stars. I will definitely use them again but I will probably just extend my turnaround with my clients. I guess is the price I have to pay for gang run jobs.

DO NOT USE THIS "COMPANY". I was referred by a friend. First time around it was a small order and everything went smooth. Second time, I placed the order 12/26 for $900. They took my money that same day. Weeks later they said, "Oh we're still working on it." and kept saying that there were problems and never responding my many calls. After harrassing them all day for weeks I finally receive them and they're horribly screwed up.

The back print was printed UPSIDE DOWN, my font was misaligned by them, color was coming off the sticker, streaky color, improperly cut, WRONG SIZE and the list goes on. When I called to tell them this is unacceptable and reflects poorly on my business because it looks like I can't understand they were never apologetic. They DON'T DO REFUNDS they said so the owner Dennis promised me he'd make them correctly within a week and gave me countless excuses.

A week passed and they said "We're having issues and the materials aren't in" although they never called to notify me. Another week passed and same story. Laura the receptionist said she'd call me back numerous times and she only called me back ONCE after I told her I was setting my timer to 15 minutes which was the call back time frame she gave me.

Of course there were issues with the messenger service they sent since it took forever. When I called to ask about this Laura said, "They're reimbursing me since it wasn't delivered on time and they kept making excuses." Hmmmm Laura you should know what that sounds like. I just received the "new correct" stickers and the spacing is off and it's 4/12. ABOUT 4 MONTHS LATER!

The real problem is they never communicated any of these issues with me from the get go. They never called me back, never kept their promises and were never apologetic. Yet they took my money on day 1 and were quick and prompt about that. Oh and this was the short story also.

If I could leave lower than a one, that is what they would get. I placed an order almost two weeks ago with a 3-4 day rush that I paid for. I called twice before my in hands date to make sure that the order was on track. Twice I was told that it was, but that I would get a call back to confirm. No call back. I called on my in hands date to see where they were and was told that they had shipped out next day air.

Two days later (the day of my clients event) I called to get a tracking number. Lo and behold. they haven't even shipped! I'm now dreading the call I have to make to my client explaining why they aren't going to have the stickers for their loyalty program event. In all, I made FOUR calls to CalSilkScreen and FOUR times I was told that I would receive a phone callback. FOUR PHONE CALLS THAT I NEVER GOT.

If you value your relationships with your clients, I would think twice before using this company. *I've used them in the past and was happy with the quality of the work, but if you can't get the product when you need it and they don't call you back, there is no point. I'll keep you posted on how they handle damage control. ***UPDATE*** The Loyalty Program event was a sticker-less one.

My client was embarrassed when asked by members if he had them and I in turn ended up having to comp off the entire sticker order to try and salvage the account. Just got off the phone with the customer service girl and the best they say they can do is 25% off and free shipping. The owner (Dennis) who was supposed to call me back 4 times didn't call even once.

Maybe they don't care about customer service because they have a lot of orders coming in. Unfortunately, that is one way to dry up your client base really fast. DOES ANYBODY HAVE A RECOMMENDATION FOR A GOOD STICKER COMPANY.

I have been printing my stickers at California Silkscreen for over ten years now, and people always compliment me on their high quality. When I hear that Fed Ex truck recklessly pull up and honk I run out to meet the driver while he is still scanning my boxes. My girlfriend says I'm a sticker whore. And I am. I love the smell of freshly printed vinyl. California Silkscreen manufactures their products in - house, and their website is easy to use. It allows you to get an instant quote in seconds, and easily place your orders. I think I hear that reckless Fed Ex truck coming to a screeching halt! Stoked!

I would have given 0 stars if I could, and that is SOLEY based on customer service and communication. This place makes great stickers and could be a 5 star business but they absolutely FAIL when it comes to simply answering emails about an order and delivering in a timely manner. I've ordered twice from them, the first time it took about a month just for 1000 small circular stickers, everywhere else I've checked the turnaround is about a week at most.

On top of that, after emailing 6 times over the course of 2 weeks with no response from them, I called and they said they were 'going on the press now' and would ship soon. Needless to say, it took another week for them to ship. The next time I needed stickers I thought about trying a new place because of the difficulty of working with these guys, but figured they already had the info and I could just re-order and my last experience was just a fluke right? WRONG!

This is literally just how they operate (as you can see from the other reviews.) I honestly don't know how they're still in business doing things this way. The second order was the exact same situation and I will never use them again. It's not that hard to respond to an email, especially if you're a business and it's a customer merely checking on their order - this literally take one person 2 minutes to do. I just don't get it.

I used California Silkscreen 2 1/2 years ago. It was solid. About 50 of the stickers came "kisscut" all the way through, but other than that I was totally stoked on the quality. I've referred a countless amount of people to them during that timespan based on their pricing and quality. Fast forward to present day: I placed an order with them a month ago and it's still not here.

The communication on there side has been absent. They don't pickup the phone, you do. I put a note with the order that said "if there are any issues to contact me". 2 weeks after I placed my order, several days after it should have arrived I called the office asking where the order was in their process. They said there was a sizing issue (but didn't contact me).

That they wouldn't be printed until the following Monday. I let that following Monday roll by and one more week after that (again, when my order should have been arriving to my spot already). Spoke to them on a Monday. They said they would overnight them Tuesday to arrive Wednesday. Wednesday is here. I'm waiting at the house. I call them. No, they still were not "ready to go" on Tuesday.

So they will ship them overnight to be here Thursday. Giving me one days grace before the next event I need them for and late for the event they were originally ordered for. I suppose, only use them if you want to have to extend yourself to hold their hand at every step along the way. That means calling them 3-4 times to get your order pushed through their process. Give yourself a month too. my experience.

So, I went to this business based on a recommendation from a friend. I needed some stickers printed for a very important festival for my business. I talked to the owner Monday evening. Told me to call him Tuesday morning. I did. We talked for about 10 minutes. He needed to switch to digital, because they couldn't get them done in less than a week. Ok, cool.

No problem. Took my order. Fast forward to Saturday. I had arranged to pick them up in the early morning. Owner said that was good. Owner even gave me his cell to call. So I show up Saturday morning. No order ready. Zero. Zip. Nada. Strike 1. Owner didn't even remember giving me his cell phone number. Said "I talk to about 100 people every day." Umm, Strike 2.

Not exactly what a paying customer wants to hear. Thirdly, owner also didn't even apologize for his error. Not even when I stated that "This is unacceptable." Strike 3. Note to business owners: If you mess up, offer to make it up to said customer. Especially if that customer is a fellow business owner. It doesn't matter the quality of your product if you fail to deliver. I give this business and the owner a big, fat "ZERO."
