We've been dealing with ECS for a long time. As a group, we want to shop locally for our uniform needs. We've given so many chances and have been nothing but disappointed. ECS constantly misses deadlines. In the past 10 years since I've been involved, Our uniforms have been late, causing the children to play against uniformed opponents, looking like a hodgepodge of unorganized players.

Our coaches shirts and hats arrive halfway through the seasons, our parent shirts have arrived just in time for the second to last game of a 17 game season. Now all star parents orders will not be in time for all stars that lasts only 4 games. Worst of all is what I've been hearing about how poorly the parents are being spoken to by the girl taking calls about the orders.

No compensation was even offered for not meeting guaranteed fulfillment. You can use supply chain shortages all you want, but this has been going on for years. It's very poor customer service. Extremely unorganized.

I've placed numerous orders here and it's been nothing but a headache since day 1. Almost everything I have ordered is on back order. I waited WEEKS for orders. No one ever contacted me about things being on back order. Nor did the site mention they were on back order. I finally requested a refund. I will never deal with this company again. Poor management/ ownership. Not the way I would run a business.

Fast service & friendly people. Wonderful business. Also priced very competitively compared to similar local businesses.

I have been using this company since they opened in early 2K and they have been great! From large orders to small orders they have been a great company to deal with. Hope this helps in your decision making.
