Ashlee's Print Shoppe

I've been coming here for a couple years. I usually don't review a place until I've been there at least twice. I have my 5th order from Ashlee's coming today or tomorrow, and I couldn't be more pleased! Ryan is fantastic to work with! About 2 years ago I went to about a dozen print places in the Valley, and no one will touch anything less than 1,000 copies.

At the time, I needed about 300 copies. Ashlee's printed the cards I needed and did an amazing job! The work has been consistently beautiful, and at a fair price since I resell the prints to raise money for charity. Other places either laughed out loud at my insignificantly-sized order, made a point of making me feel like I was a second thought, or quoted an absurd amount of money (in one case $50 for a single-page sample!) for wasting their time. Ryan is personable, professional, and a perfectionist. I highly recommend this place, wouldn't consider recommending anyone else, and won't take my business to anyone else as long as Ashlee's is around!

Great prices! We have done a lot of business and personal printing with them. They had the best pricing for wedding announcements. And the $40 I paid for them to print addresses in the envelopes was the best money I spent!

I needed to print some business cards for a very important meeting and Asheel's print shop was able to print them the same day. I was very impressed by the prices as well. Very affordable. Great service. I highly recommend.

This is the quickest and most accurate printing place that will not break the bank. They will forever have my business! Thanks guys for the best and such quick services!

My printer went down came in here to get a couple copies of my resume. Not only did they do it. Ryan gave it to me for free, wished me good luck in my new job ventures. Much appreciated, and its nice to see that there are nice humans still out there.

I wish I can give this place a no star at all, I when to this place to talk to Ryan that ny husband needed some business cards and he told me to email him the pictures which I did and he told me that he would call me which he never did I never received a call from him or an email, I emailed him and never got a response back. I wouldn't recommend this place bad service which I never thought he would be like that.

Paid to have door hangers put out, based on reviews thought this was going to be great. As a new business owner, every dollar I spend counts. I got a few calls from home owners that got 20+ of them stuffed on their door! Realistically I'm not expecting 100% returns on each page printed, but how do I know every home didnt get 20-30 until they were gone.

I will update this if there is happy resolution on this after I speak with them in the morning. Owners solution, I'll fire the person that did it. Okay, I just want my marketing material disbursed like i paid for. After assuring they'd make it right I reluctantly said ok. Fast forward 4 days, I got 10+ calls from unhappy home owners that bgg they had stacks shoved under their door mat. Will not use door to door marketing again. EDDM will be my go to, more expense but at least I have confidence in our postal service.

I used them for a flier delivery and her based on the number of responses I got versus what we had put out on our own the previous year, there's no way they were putting out the flyers we paid for. We got less than 1/600th of the return from the previous year when we put them out ourselves. Yes the flyer distributors had GPS for every flyer they put out, but I don't think that was monitored very well or at all because we never got reports unless we requested them and even then it was just a giant map with dots on it, you couldn't really tell if each house had double or triple clicked GPS coordinates and I'm not going to count out 10,000 dots.

There were a few times where we caught fliers in the trash or on picnic tables from the workers and the owner did make effort to overcompensate for the number of fliers that were left behind, but overall I felt like we wasted a lot of money

This is the print shop I look to in the east valley for high quality printing. Ryan has always been helpful and his creativity has been a major asset on graphic design projects.

I've used Ashlee's for lots of color printing and large scale (8ft x 4ft) vinyl banners. I have been impressed with the quality and overall process. Plan on using them more in the future!

Great price on business cards with FREE layout and even custom designed an existing logo to make it even better. Great service. Highly recommend!

Sorry to say but I had a terrible experience with Dan he was very rude and extremely unprofessional. I was trying a different print shop because I recently moved so I called the one with good reviews I emailed my prints I needed and called Dan and said I had sent him prints and I needed them stock paper size and in color and if he could look at them and send me a quote and if this was possible well never emailed me back so I decided to call again several hours later thinking they must be busy and maybe they did it and just didn't get back to me.

Well when I called another man answer and said oh Dans right here so I heard him give Dan the phone and tell him it was me then they whisper ed something and sent me straight to voicemail then I called back and they didn't even answer the phone so I left a message obviously they didn't even look at my order or even try to contact me he then called back saying I didn't leave my number and that he didn't know what size or anything that I said. I was extremely irritated that I wasted so much of my time and they treated me like crap! Super rude never once apologized for their lack of attention or service

Any negative reviews you read are from the most indecisive people. If you know what you want, and can explain it well, Ryan will make it happen! I went in with a school project that I needed done within a couple hours (it was also worth 25% of my grade) and Ashlee's produced the perfect manifestation of what I had pictured in my mind. I was not only impressed with the high quality of work, but also by the genuine concern of the staff to meet my deadline. It's a little out of the way for an ASU student, but I wouldn't go anywhere else for my professional printing needs!

Family owned since 1989 I hope this business continues to provide its service for many years to come. I was disappointed not in the store, but by how many stars it has on Yelp. The review Roger G. posted about this store as literally nothing to do with their service, but has everything to do with his own incompetence and his incompetence is reflecting on Ashlee's Printing's rank.

This is my first review and I'm writing it because I'm hoping to get this store back into the 4-5 star ranks where they rightfully belong. I came to Ryan for my wedding invites with all the materials collected and just needed a printing service. He went beyond that and proofed all my material and made sure it would work collectively. He gave me a call and discussed with me some minor wording choices that I completely missed such as changing the word "to" to "and" on the invites.

He made sure everything fit on the card stock I gave him as well as changed some fonts all with my prior consent when he asked me to come in. He was very professional and courteous and the service was very prompt and affordable all during the July 4th Holiday week. In comparison they are less than half of what a large company like Staples is offering for the same, if not lack of service that Ashlee's Printing is providing at a high standard. I hope they do well in the years to come.

What a great service I received at Ashlee's Printing. My wedding invitations came out incredibly beautiful. I went in completely confused and with no clue what I wanted for my invitations, I just knew that Ashlee's Printed was highly recommended to me by a friend who has had many jobs printed there. Ryan listened to what I had to say and gave me some guidance and gave me some options as to what would work for me.

The turn around time was quick and the job was perfect. I highly recommend this print shop for any of your printing needs. I will be taking my wedding programs to be printed as well.

After going to OfficeMax and being told they raised their prices AGAIN on color copies and lamination, I decided to try Ashlee's. They printed my project while I waited and the end result was better than what I was getting at OfficeMax. The really great news is the color copies were exactly half the price and the lamination was about 50% less. Overall, I saved $50 and got a better result in half the time.

I will gladly try them again for my next print project. It was worth the drive. I work next door to OfficeMax but can't stomach their pricing any longer. Thanks Ashlee's!

Was promised a quality product and delivery within 2 weeks. I was also promised GPS maps upon delivery but have yet to receive any as they promised and I requested. Fly quality looks great, that's why they get even 1 star. Bad customer service leads to a bad product and a bad experience as a customer. Avoid this place at all cost.

After having a terrible time with another print shop we brought the proofs of our wedding invitations (now on the verge of being late) and Ryan was able to give us some creative ideas, print a few different proofs and deliver our invites in the nick of time. We plan to go back to create and print our wedding thank yous. I would refer friends to go here as well.

We have used Ashley's printing for business Flyers and birthday invites several times and have come away impressed each time! Revisions were done in a timely manner and the price was very reasonable. I will continue to use Ashley's and refer them to all my friends!

This place is amazing! They are fast, easy to work with, have great prices, and are super professional without coming off snotty or anything. I went in with my designed wedding invites, RSVP cards, and a detail card, and they had them printed in 48 hours (over New Year's Eve!), and also cut them for me, and shrink-wrapped each part. They know their stuff unlike so many chain printing places. HIGHLY recommended.

Don't know why they are getting any good reviews? Horrible service good deals on business cards but horrible work took them days to get my business cards right with a simple design. Yet overall my cards look like a rush job so plain and generic. I wouldn't recommend Ashlees unless your on a budget.

I found Ashlee's Printing while searching online and decided to give them a chance. WRONG choice! I was in a bit of a time crunch to get some some Engagement Invitations printed and in the mail. I called Ashlee's Printing and told the gentleman on the phone exactly what it was I needed, I was told "NO PROBLEM we can do anything, we have been in business for 25 years".

I drove out to meet with Ryan and show him a sample of what I wanted the invitation to look like and quickly found that they in fact cannot do anything! They had only 2 choices for card stock and everything from foil to envelope lining to thermography was way out of the question unless you want to wait several weeks. I finally compromised on my original design just to get them done and was told by Ryan that he would bet a proof to me later in the day or the following morning at the latest, I called him later that afternoon and he never returned my call and then the next day called asking about the status of my proof and again no call back!

I decided to go with another company who was awesome, efficient and well priced. Thank GOD I did because I was never provided a proof or even receive a phone call back from this company. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Do yourself a favor and do not use this company, I am in shock that they have been in business for 25 years with their limited selection and horrific customer service!
