The wording on the shirts are wrong alot of the times.and trying to get them fixed is a serious hassle. They are always trying to blame someone else for their screwups. Plus the wait time is horrendous.uggg

New management, and boy are they slower in processing payments, but the people are quite accommodating, and are always so helpful.

Dan and his team at Surf and Ski are incredible. I had some hat embroidery designs made up by other places and none of them were as brilliant and professional. I'm a very picky person which is comes to spacing, color, and orientation and can sometimes be hard to please. I was nervous to see what the first round of hats came out as with it being my first time using this company and I worried for no reason. They came out 10x better than what I had in mind and I will definitely be using these guys much more moving forward.

Extremely happy with the results of our first Surf and Ski screen-print order. In preparation for an upcoming trade-show, we decided that shirts would be an excellent item for marketing for a product soft launch. We initially placed orders for shirts with a different printer online and upon receiving or order - found the results of the shirts far less than stellar.

We then began investigating local companies and found Surf and Ski. After meeting with their design team, who answered all our questions and beyond regarding their services and screen-print processes, we placed our order. The results of the shirts are fantastic and we couldn't be happier. They made sure to spot-match our logo colors exactly, made sure that each shirt was reproduced to precision and gave wonderful customer service throughout the process. Surf and Ski's Art department is top notch and kept us up-to-speed on best practices and went into amazing detail for our in-house design team.
