Customer service is what make ALT great. They followed up regularly to make sure I was satisfied and that my printer was working and functioning as intended. Once installed, I knew that if I had any issues (which I have not) they would be Johnny on the Spot to help. Wouldn't get copiers from anyone else.

Fist off, I am typically not a review guy, but what happened to me was so outrageous, I had to write one. I had a member of their sales team, Jerry Lomurno, get me a quote on a new copier for my business. I decided to go with a competing company. I did not inform Jerry of this decision when I made it. His response upon finding out I went with another company was to harass me via text as well as be extremely condescending.
I sure am glad i went with the competitor if this is the way employees of this company act when something doesn't go their way. Screen shots of our conversation are attached. His response to losing out on a sale is patronizing and condescension. Business owners beware if this guy contacts you!
