We recently switched from getting our printing done online to using ABC as our local print shop! They offer fantastic customer service and great quality. An absolutely wonderful family owned business. Seeing the review Tim Byerly published is extremely disappointing because I was at ABC the day he came in, and could hear him yelling at the staff from the back of the shop, refusing to let the owner Moose speak. Please don't let his review turn you off, this place is wonderful, and Tim was angry, and rude to the staff from the moment he walked in.

Great, reliable, affordable local printers who print everything from postcards to poetry books, signage and advertising. I've used them for four years, best prices, very good quality and fast service.

Steer clear of this place, they are not the only print shop in town. I am big on supporting local business, however I ordered business cards and had to call 3 times to see if my order was ready. The expected date for my cards changed every call, and when I called the third time, they just so happened to be ready. No call to tell me my order was ready.

When I came in to discuss my poor experience, I was met with raised voices and excuses. You will not get a resolution if there is an issue, you will only get excuses and bad service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Julia is my main contact and even when she isn't available, I'm always greeted with a smiling face or happy voice on the other end of the line. This team of professionals is always creative, timely and willing to go the extra mile to ensure our needs are met!

I love ABC Printers detailed and personal service. I communicated what I wanted and a mock up was created for me to consider. It was far better than my original concept but very much inline with what I wanted and needed. There were a couple options for me to consider which was quite helpful when fine tuning the final product. The friendly staff made sure that I was satisfied and pleased with the every details and every step. You can not replace personal service. I highly recommend them!

I Love ABC Printers! Ive gone to them for everything from my business cards, to my wedding invites. Julia is amazing and she can make anything in my mind come to life on paper. Great print experience. I have worked worked with a few print shops in my capacity as a graphic designer in Monmouth. This was my first experience working with a new shop after recently moving business to Salem. Finding a print shop that is easy to work with and produces exceptional results isn't as easy as it could be, and having to leave a great one isn't easy either. However, I am thrilled with my experience so far and I look forward to the next opportunity to work with ABC Printers, both in my professional and side-hustle endeavors!

I have been with ABC Printers for years for my business cards, letterhead, envelopes and more. They never disappoint. Service and finished product are always excellent and I have been pleased with the prices. Their product is better quality than thinner products bought online. We shop local whenever possible. Glad they are here in Salem!
