Zome Design

Quality is generally very high and I like the assortment our company is offered for logo items and apparel. I had one service hiccup and it was take care of the same day. Great company to do business with and I highly recommend them.

With the amount of work that Zome does, I was a tiny account. I only wanted to make a couple shirts with my design on them, so I was blown away at the lengths they went to to make sure I was happy with the outcome. I dealt with Paxton and we must have swapped twenty emails trying to get the order just right. And that was just for two shirts! The final product showed up the other day and they exceeded my expectations. They turned out beautiful and Paxton was super helpful every step of the way. Thanks guys!

Zane has been amazing in helping Shaw Middle school with purchases. Zome was amazing to work with. I came to them with a project I was not sure was possible. They not only did the project, but it was a very fair price. They were fast and efficient.

We worked with Zome and Paxton to get our Merch done for Revival ( hats, shirts, sweatshirts). First off the communication from Paxton wasn't just appreciated but is what earned our business. She was quick and thorough when answering all of our questions, going above and beyond to EARN our business. If I could give em 6 stars I would, Paxton in sales has been nothing short of amazing! All communication was done via messanger and email, due to being in Central America. Working with Paxton on the Unit t-shirt order she made it extremely easy and was very responsive to communications even during outside hours. Now needless to say I may have made things challenging for her with changing designs and all that other stuff, but she never batted an eye just made it happen. You want it done right, fast, with great customer service then this is the company to use. You knocked it out of the ballpark!

They really came through for the small business community with their t-shirt sales for other small businesses by sharing the profit during the covid shut down, my clients loved them and it's really fun to see everyone come into our Damon with our logo to show their support. Since then we have ordered two kinds of reusable masks, they were quick with communication, quick manufacturing, and also gave price break downs based on quantity so we would get the best deal. Definitely will use for any future branding for our business. Thanks for thinking of your neighbors during the pandemic!

After a year of frustration ordering through a different company and struggling with lack of service I was looking for someone who was responsive, informative, and helpful, and she delivered. I have worked with Zome on a wide variety of projects from a coffee shop I managed to youth group and camp products! They have had phenomenal service, fair pricing and they have been amazing on their timeframe between requests to product in hand. Zome has done great with art proofs, waiting for confirmation from me to approve that the qty, and quality preferences were met before moving forward on an order. I have been blown away by the incredible service!

Be aware that this company does not give refund. Be aware that product was cheaply made and product that embroidered was put on is crappy made. Do not be fooled by pictures and photo advertised on website. I would never buy or recommend this to anyone I go to school with.

Brayden saved the day at Zome Design! So I downloaded the yelp app just to write a review. My daughters school did not give the parents enough time I feel to order tshirts. It was not Zomes fault but I called to see if I could order so my daughter didn't miss out. Brayden helped me so she didn't have to miss out. Thank you! To the parents, the next time you write a review on here just ask yourself was it really Zome's fault? In my case it wasn't and I've always had wonderful costumer service from them and today Brayden went above and beyond. Thank you!

These guys are terrible. Customer service is not a priority. I have e-mailed twice trying to see about returning a Gonzaga Sweatshirt that I ordered online. The sweatshirt is thin and the decal is cheap vinyl. Not at all like the picture shown.(It looks more embroidered on and it's most definitely not.) I wish had found an actual Gonzaga store first. The prices were pretty comparable but the quality is not there.

Zome design is awesome to work with because of the level of service we receive. I have miscalculated orders before and they have gotten me additional printed t-shirts within 24 hours to get us through! They are highly competitive with comparable quality at the same time. I love working with them!

Worst design place I've ever dealt with. Orders are always late and more than half the time they are wrong. I will never do business with this establishment again.

Zome has been doing all of our embroidery work for the last year. They have done quality work and they have expedited orders when needed. Recently, they submitted some designs for merchandise without being asked.2 out of the 4, which we'll be using at some point in the future. Brayden and his team are great to work with!

They have the WORST customer service I have ever encountered and you never actually know when your item will be shipped, which I learned the hard way. I placed an order for a shirt on 8/22 and it said it would be an estimated ship date of 9/5. On 9/12 I emailed customer service to ask about the status of my order as my tracking number listed the item as "in production." I never received a response.

On 9/17 I called customer service and told them I wanted to cancel my order. "Katie" said that wasn't their policy but she would have their manager call me back to discuss it. It is now 9/19 and I called customer service AGAIN to find out they shipped my item on 9/18 AFTER I tried to cancel the order. Without putting me on hold, I could hear "Katie" tell the manager that it was "that angry lady calling about the shirt again who wants a refund and she's really pissed but I don't know what you are going to do about it." I told the manager what happened and he said they print shirts custom when they have a large enough order and that I had to confirm in 5 different places when I place the order that it was an estimated ship date and he asked what they could do to better their website.

I told them to either leave off the "estimated ship date" or list one that is realistic. When I told him I understood his cancellation policy but was upset with their customer service and the fact that no one called me back when they said they would, his reply was "well, I thought Katie explained it to you." All he offered me was a promo code but I told him I didn't want it and that I would never be ordering from them again and his answer was "Okay, that's fine." Really? From a manager? DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Horrible customer service and you NEVER know when you will receive your items.

Can i rate a Zero star? I would never recommend this place. I ordered a custom made shirt from their online site. I received an email confirming my order but nothing to confirm details of shipping. When I contacted the vendor a few days later they stated most customer made orders take 2-3 weeks. Which I thought was fair. When the order had not been delivered I contact them via email since I had no other option to track order. I promptly received another email stating it would take 2-3 weeks to finish. In conclusion DO NOT BUY customer made gear off their web site

I would recommend Zome because their customer service is off the charts and they were quick to respond to all my needs. Colleen from Zome rocks. She took excellent care of me. My shirt came out better than I expected and I would tell anyone looking for printing services to see no one else but Zome!
