In all of my experiences and ones from friends they have always done amazing jobs with their film! As the name implies, they are very speedy and are quick to notify you when it's done. They have the most reasonable prices for developing which is one of the things that makes me keep coming back. Rolls have never come out damaged or blank, and are top-notch.
I've never had my film scanned by them as I do it myself, but I've heard good things about that as well. They go above and beyond by helping me trouble shoot some of my small camera issues and inexperience. They have always been kind and friendly. By far the best place to send in or bring in your film! I will support this small local business always.

Never going to CVS to get film developed ever again! Such great customer service and the quality of the digital scans are sooooo gooood! I came in very close to closing time but they still emailed me my scans after an hour or so. 1000% times better than CVS or Walgreens! Price is comparable with them too! Actually was cheaper developing these at speedy's (although I didn't get any prints but that's okay because I really just want the digitals). CVS also takes much much longer to get my photos back (typically 2-3 weeks). Will be developing all my film here from now on

I 1000% recommend this place. The owners are so amazing. I ordered a 20x24 canvas with a photo of my boyfriend & his dad who passed away last March & it turned out beautiful. They even had it done a day early for me, I will definitely be back & if you're reading reviews debating on going to this place as I was, do it, you won't regret it!

They are very friendly and their services are extremely fast especially during the holidays! I took my film for development to those general stores (rite aid/Walgreens) and it took 2+ weeks to get done! This place gets it done in literally less than an hour. I live about 30 minutes away and it is well worth my time. I will certainly be recommending this place to many of my friends.

I had 6 rolls of film for about 15 years that I developed here. Great service and great turnaround time (rolls were developed and scanned within two hours and ready for pickup right after). Highly recommend. They also have disposable cameras and film refills of all kinds. Great mom and pop shop to go to.

ORDERED: got about 6 rolls of film developed here and they got it developed and scanned within 1.5 hrs. They were so quick and happily surprised to see those scans later in my emails. I went back later to pick up my negatives and they refunded me 2 scan prices because 2 of the rolls were empty. PRICE: $$ a little on the pricey side but definitely worth it due to the fast time ATMOSPHERE: homey with lots of service set up.
There was an area for frames or digitizing photos, etc. They also had a small collection of cameras and film for sale. SERVICE: Very friendly and attentive. Made me feel taken care of. I would love to be an old couple like them just vibin in their shop

I needed my disposable camera film developed and Speedy One Hour Photo was able to do it in two hours. Unlike other places in the area that ships off your film and takes a 3-5 day process. I only paid $16 which is a great price considering I didn't have to wait long. My pictures came out great and I am very satisfied with the service I was given.

The guy is a master at his craft. you will not find any photographer or studio like this they are the only photographers and photo studio in WA state that get details on any photo you want perfectly. I'm talking about portraits, passports, grad photos. They are the only studio that do perfect sizes. Most studios even in Seattle are like we can only do this size. This one has done many great passport and job photos for me in the past perfectly. I cannot reccomend them enough they are good people, and great business

Our experience with Speedy was one of friendly service, quality work, and timely completion. Our family and friends had suffered the grievous loss of a resident in the Seattle/Tacoma area and presented us with the challenge of coordinating a memorial service from out of state. We had only days to fly in, sort through eight decades of family photos and digitize nearly 200 irreplaceable 35mm slides.
We called Speedy ahead of time to confirm that they could meet our needs. We wanted a nearby lab that would not be shipping the work out and increase the risk of losing the irreplaceable originals. Speedy was established, had the equipment on site, and had good reviews. Speedy was ready, as promised, when arrived, and completed the work with ample time to prepare the images for the memorial service.
They also printed several high quality enlargements for us as well. Their quality work not only became a cornerstone of the memorial service, it also enabled us to share the digital images with family across the country. The experience was made even more pleasant by the friendly and engaging conversation with both of the owners.

Over the past four years, Dave and I bought antique oval frames with convex glass at auction so we could do a "project" in our Old West bedroom. We'd been driving by Speedy Photo a half dozen times a week and I finally looked up the website. I was impressed with how many different services were offered. We pulled out our oval frames to measure and make sure they'd "fit" on the wall over the bed.
We had only jpegs for two of the photos but did have originals for the other two. Every week for a month, we'd take an original photo (or email a jpeg) and the existing cardboard backing for whichever frame we were working with to Joe. He'd measure the cardboard to let us know the price. Price was very reasonable (Dave thought it would be twice as much and Dave is cheap!) Over the next two or three days, Dave would paint the frame and I would clean the glass.
The enlarged photo as a rectangle was always ready within two or three days. When we got home, we laid the glass over the photo, making sure all important parts were under the glass. We drew around the glass and then cut the oval. From left to right: my parents on their wedding day, my senior photo, Dave's senior photo, and Dave's parents on their wedding day.
The empty frame is for a current photo of Dave and me.we're thinking "Cowboy & Dance Hall Girl." That'll work; we're 71! P.S. Dave's Mom is the only parent still living. We had Joe make a second photo of her wedding day (about half price for printing the same photo) and framed it in another oval frame/convex glass). We brought it to her at her retirement home and she loved it! She had Dave hang it so she could see it during the day. http://imgur.com/GyXwNN1

This place is so great. I've begun taking photographs with film again, so I wanted to find somewhere close that would develop and scan each roll without butchering it. The owner was knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to finish developing and scanning high res images for one roll in less than two hours. Highly recommended!

Disclaimer: I do not know much about photography. I needed some passport photos last minute and this store came up. Joe was very quick and helpful and had the photos ready within 10 minutes. I noticed that the store had plenty of old school cameras and camera equipment for sale. Apparently, they also provide many photo services aside from the usual film development and picture taking. The store also provides signage services, video transfers, and other various creative ways to utilize photos. Thanks, Joe! You really saved me!

I had my passport photo taken here today and was very impressed by the owners of this shop. They were super speedy and efficient-- I was in and out within 5 minutes total. They were very kind and I never doubted they knew what they were doing. The shop has a great variety of unusual picture frames as well as what looked like a wide range of customizable photo services such as calendars, coffee mugs, holiday cards, even t-shirts and puzzles made with the customers own image! Very cool! I will definitely be back for that! Overall fantastic experience!
