Harbor Graphics

I am looking for a company that can embroider a name on a Christmas stocking to match our others. I wrote 2 separate emails to Harbor Graphics a week or 2 apart simply asking if this was something they could/would do and they did not give me the courtesy of a reply. This is very disappointing customer service or lack thereof. A simple sentence saying sorry this isn't something we can do would have sufficed. I'll have to look elsewhere for this simple project but would hesitate to order anything from this company when they don't care enough about prospective customers to answer an email. I had to fill out a bunch of info just to send an inquiry. If you aren't going to answer inquiries, don't have a form.

In September 2019 the Key Peninsula Civic Center purchased a thirty-foot wide banner from Harbor Graphics to advertise events hosted by our facility. The first time that the brand new banner was hung in February 2020, a strong windstorm left it in shreds and tatters. We contacted Harbor Graphics immediately after we saw the condition of the banner. Bryan and Michelle were very professional in both gathering the details of what happened, and offering to replace the damaged item.

But shortly thereafter, the COVID pandemic brought our business to a halt and the banner issue became a low priority. Now the Key Peninsula Civic Center is preparing to host events again, but after well over a year we weren't sure if Harbor Graphics would still be able to honor that offer to replace our damaged banner. All it took was one email and a couple weeks, then our replacement banner was ready for pickup.

We're very grateful for their professionalism and generosity! We will continue using Harbor Graphics for all of our branded apparel and for any other needs in the future. My company has used Harbor Graphics for the last several years. Everyone we have spoken with has been extremely helpful and polite. We have never had an issue with any of their products. I've had a few of the printed shirts for a few years and they still look great. Wash well and are still soft. Owner- Bryan has always been super upfront with pricing and never had any communication issues. Would definitely recommend.

Harbor Graphics did a wonderful job with our order! Our front and back printed hoodies turned out great and Michelle was always quick to answer our questions. We received such a great response from our first batch that we ended up placing a second order with Harbor Graphics. I have to commend Bryan. In the midst of the pandemic, and with his entire staff unavailable, he was still able to get our order to us on time.

Bryan brings a great energy to his business and people around him! We have been working with Harbor Graphics for over two years now and not only is the customer service great but the quality of our merchandise is as well!

I just went to Harbor graphics for the first time. I had about 20 hoodies and 5 beanies that I wanted them to embroider. As I approached the door I saw that they had a note that said that you needed to make an appointment for them to see you. One of the employees opened the door and ask permission from who I am assuming was her boss/ the owner to let me in.

Totally understandable I did not have an appointment. As soon as I entered I thanked both of them at least twice for letting me in without an appointment. Neither of them Acknowledged that I was speaking and thanking them whatsoever. In fact the lady that I'm assuming was the boss or the owner never even looked in my direction or said one word to me.

I felt incredibly unwelcome and unwanted. It was as if they did not want my business from the second They saw me. The "sales lady" that I spoke to kept bringing a problem after problem. She said that because I'm bringing in my own merchandise that if anything goes wrong they will not be able to replace the item, which I understood and agreed to.

She said that I will have to pay a start up fee for each Size the hoodie and a beanie which I also agreed to. Almost as if she was trying to talk me out of using them. She quoted me at $12.50 per unit for all of my merchandise on the phone weeks prior and and person that day. I agreed to the $175 start up fee and started going over which color I would like embroidered on my items.

As soon as I lifted it up the sweatshirt the "sale person " said "oh that will be like a $20 per item fee." Another problem. At That point I was so sick of them almost refusing to be helpful that I decided to take my business to a small local family run company in Edgewood. I do not think I've ever experience worst customer service in my life. I will never step foot into this company again it was so incredibly uncomfortable.

We get all of our scrubs, work shirts, lab coats embroidered here! Quick turnaround time and always done perfectly! Highly recommend!

Bryan and the team at Harbor Graphics are terrific. The Communication and coordination about the order was clear and timely, the orders are done as promised and the quality is excellent. In addition, Bryan & his team went above and beyond correct an error that I had made. During a very busy time, they rushed to get us the correct items in time for our big event. I cannot recommend Harbor Graphics enough! They are top notch!

Bryan is fantastic. From a business manager perspective its always refreshing to have a company who communicates effectively and produces a stellar product in a timely fashion. It is even more rewarding when like minded people serve their clientele the way you would. Harbor Graphics is a great company, and we will definitely continue doing business.

I can't say enough about this company! My husband and I had an unexpected trip back east due to his elderly father not doing well at all. He had been in a situation with an emergency call in which his favorite Gig Harbor sweatshirt he had had for years had been destroyed. I knew getting him a similar sweatshirt was mandatory for him to love it!

The challenge would be to get this in a few days as it was a "drop everything and go" kind of notice. Quality material, small classy Gig Harbor (not loud) logo, 1/4 zipper, light gray'(NOT white and NOT gray).Wow! they did it for us! They had to make an extra trip to get the 1/4 zipper in just the right color as that was not in stock.1 sweatshirt, custom made that put a big smile on my father-in-laws face!

Everyone was so nice about getting it done so quickly! I ended up buying a few more things at great prices on the floor too! You guys ROCK! Thank you everyone at Harbor Graphics!

Brian is an A+ business owner. Strong artwork, quality products, great prices, and phenomenal service. It's great having him and his team as part of our community. Love these folks! So kind, helpful, artistic and appreciative of every order - no matter how small! I walked in off the street with a half-baked idea to create two T-shirt's - one for me and one for my bestie as we are about to go on a week long road trip. I was greeted by the most adorable dog and then the kindest person took my thoughts and created a master piece!

Harbor Graphics was recommended to me by a local retailer, who has his business shirts printed with them. They were wonderful to deal with, quick to bid, and the order was a bit rushed (my customer needed them quickly.) Harbor Graphics made it happen - ordered the blank shirts immediately, had all 500 printed in time, and made sure they made it to my customer on the date promised. They went above and beyond to make this work. The final product was perfect as well. I highly recommend them, and look forward to working with them again in the future.

They won't hit a delivery date. They won't call you. They won't email you. Quality is good. People are nice enough. Just flakey to do business with.
