For over 30 years, we've been printing custom labels for practically any market you can think of. At Consolidated, we don't view labels as just something we print and sell - we see them as the means for helping your business grow. Our capabilities have greatly expanded over the years but our dedication to customers has remained the same since 1984.
The Consolidated Label story began over 30 years ago when Joel Carmany purchased a fledgling label manufacturing business with just six employees. Joel didn't know much about the label industry, but he had a passion for business and saw potential in the small label company - even though it only had the most basic label printing equipment.
Get professionally-printed custom labels created to your exact specifications. With industry-leading print processes and product selection, you're sure to find the right label for your job. Consolidated Label specializes in professional-grade custom printed roll labels. We offer dozens of label materials and finishes that cater to a variety of markets.
Turn heads with custom printed shrink sleeves. Shrink sleeves offer more durability than pressure-sensitive labels and are designed to contour your container for a perfect fit. Shrink sleeves are printed on plastic or polyester film materials. This means they have fantastic durability against moisture and heavy use.

Maintenance manager is a joke. He sits in his office all day and talks about kites. Feet kicked up on his desk talking to his buddies. He literally only has one employee that works and he treats that worker like trash. His other guys ride around on the golf cart or watch YouTube in there office all day while flexing in the hallways. It is a great company however my issues stem with that department and lack of management. Nothing gets done except for projects lead by a certain individual in that department. I guess it's not what you know it's who you know.

Updated 2/22: Second order with Consolidated Label. Once again, perfect experience. Prompt delivery and high quality product. Original Post (2021). Incredible experience, quality products and services! From my initial meeting with my Customer Service Representative Cari, I was guided through the process. She helped my land on the right label for my product based on the desired outcome I was looking to achieve. Ordering was easy and efficient. The results absolutely exceeded my expectations! Quality and attention to detail are amazing but the best part is their service! Highly recommend working with them.

Their art department made several mistakes in color, size, and more then blamed me for their mistakes when the files I sent them were all accurate. Gregg Step was supposed to be customer "service" but he seemed more like customer sabotage. I had to speak straight to the owner to get the issue resolved. They dont just blame you for their errors they actually make you pay for them too. An awful waste of time and money, and now im looking for a new label company.
You might get lucky and not have any issues with consolidated label co but I wonder how many people had issues with them that didn't bother leave a review. It was an all around awful experience in pretty much every department.

I LOVE this company! The moment I spoke with Amy I knew I was in GOOD hands! It was like she could read my mind! She knew exactly what I was trying to explain! My labels literally look better than how I envisioned them! This project is my baby so I was so nervous searching for companies to do business with for my brand. The customer service here is superb! It's like one big family and you instantly become a part of it! I highly recommend Consolidated Label Co. Thank you for treating my vision as if it were your own

I had an exceptional experience with ordering labels with this company for the first time. I had many questions and required specific requirements to have it printed to suit our needs, and I can't say enough good things about Briana and the customer service team. Nobody ever sounded short or frustrated with my questions--they were helpful, offered suggestions, sent samples, and made the process one that exceeded my expectations. Will definitely continue to use for all future labeling needs. Thank you!

The customer service I've received has been unsatisfactory. I'm not sure if it's just rep I've been working with or if it's the company's culture. From the beginning I found the representative assigned to assist me to be condescending and rude. Early in our communication I asked her if it would be best for me to work with another rep because her communication was unclear and at times off-putting.
When I received the die line back from their vendor to review, I asked the rep if she could have the vendor revise the die line to match more closely with the die line created by my artist. I showed the consolidated rep the labels superimposed on my two bottles and she asked if I printed to "actual size" or "fit to page". In her email to me she wrote THREE times "print to actual size" with the third time being in ALL CAPS!
I found her response to be condescending. I'm not an idiot and I've been working through rounds of label design with the artist so of course I printed to actual size, as the rep could easily see based on the pictures I provided. I told her of course I printed to actual size and asked if she could ask the vendor to revise the die line. She responded with "Will pass on your request for a revised die line - thank you".
In hindsight, that appears benign, but at times our communication has been contentious so I wrongfully perceived sarcasm and I wrote my initial post based on my perception of her intent. I was in error and I apologize for my misinterpretation. I greatly appreciate that within less than 24 hours of my post, I received a well written response from the customer service manager, Greg Stepp, who was thorough in investigating my complaint.
I also received a quick response from the rep clarifying her intent, albeit not with the most professional tone. Based on the response from the manager, which I did find to be very professional, and in fairness to the rep, I had to edit my initial post and rating. I am not sure if I can continue to work with Consolidated but I plan to call the number provided to have a conversation with the manager.
I have read that "Sally" is a good representative so perhaps I could work with her. I've already identified two companies in my own neighborhood who may be able to print for me. I will be spending a lot of money on two sets of labels, and I will be giving repeat business so I need a company that I can trust. The picture below is a better way to compare the two labels.
The die line from the vendor is on top. It would have been prudent on the rep's part to have done this step before sending me the vendor's die lines. This process is new to me and I'm relying on the company to provide their guidance and expertise.
