I've been coming here for years for notary services, shredding, and various printing for school projects. The shop is in a really nice location with a nice courtyard. It's conveniently located on Mission Blvd. across from Ohlone college. I've never used their printing services for professional looking artwork or posters, but with my daughter's wedding approaching, I recently had them print some table numbers on 4x6 card stock and they came out amazing.

I purchased a digital template off Etsy, customized it, and sent the file to Aria with my specifications. They gave me a good quote, and let me know when the job was done. I spoke to Tristan about foam boards for the seating chart and welcome sign, and he showed me an example of exactly what I wanted. I'll be using them again for all our wedding printing needs.

Great service and convenient location! I have shipped many packages and printed countless files here and always appreciate their fast turnaround and attentive service. They're located right off Mission Blvd, so it's super easy access from the Mission Area. I highly recommend Aria Printing & Shipping!

I went to aria to print booklets for the school, I expected something simple like home printed papers, but the booklets they made were way more better! they are so professional, neat and attractive. and the service is really good, they are so nice and professional. I'm so happy that I chose them for this and definitely will go for more.

I went to Aria Printing & Shipping to have my fingerprinting completed last Saturday, May 22, 2021. While LiveScan was readily available, the manager who was able to do the physical fingerprinting was out of the office when I arrived. Physical fingerprinting is a pretty unusual request, so I understood when the employee stated he was not yet trained in this practice. I walked around the block and the manager was back. He completed my fingerprints and helped me mail them and the forms I needed out of state at a reasonable price.

Very quick and painless fingerprinting. I needed physical copies, so it was hard to find a place that was open and available outside of my regular work hours. I got my forms completed and had them sent off out of state quickly. The management and workers were professional and kind.

I love their location right across from Ohlone College. The woman working here is super sweet and helped me both times. I came to print colored copies. The printing quality was very sharp with crisp colors. I brought the document on a USB drive. I was able to print 60 pages for half the cost of the big box store; I paid $30 instead of $60 for 60 pages (color).

The printing cost is slightly cheaper depending on how many pages printed. I have also been here also for LiveScan and I personally didn't have to wait very long (5 minutes maybe). I see that they also have their computers available for use at $3 per 15 mins. I'm happy with this printing shop!

Wonderful! The gentleman there was super nice and very helpful.

I ordered a package to be picked up from this location as it offered free pick up. I was notified it arrived and planned on picking it up two days later. Once I got to the store and told them I was there for pickup the store said there were no packages for pickup. I told her it was dropped off two days ago and that I received the confirmation. The two associates failed to take any responsibility and simply pretended to be confused as to where the package was.

However the designated pickup location refused the package and it was being sent back to the sender without any notification! They instead told me to call ups to change the address as a solution. Didn't think I'd need to check reviews for a shipping location to accept packages but seems to be a trend here. Don't send packages here and don't designate this place as a pickup location if you aren't going to accept packages!

Great customer service. I wanted a poster done, and they were very patient in explaining to me all the options available to me. If you want a professional experience, and high degree of professionalism, then this is your place.

An update, On June 28th at 10:13 am, received a call from the store Manager instead of apologizing for the incident. He actually asked to remove the pervious review. Here is the thing. I was informed by Trustline that Aria Printing hasn't submitted my fingerprints to Trustline on June 5th. And that Trustline has mailed my application back to me. And informed that I had to do a stop on my Money Order, redo my Trustline application with other money order and resubmitted to Trustline.

Because of Aria Printing and Shipping negligent. I had wasted so much of my valuable time. And he has the guts to call me up and ask me to remove my review! I contacted contacted Yelp and Goggle to inform them that the business contact me to tell me to remove the review that I made on Aria Printing & Shipping. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Came in on June 5 to do my live scan.

Today is June 27th. I contacted Trustline to see the status of my application. To my horror, Aria Printing & Shopping HAS NOT Submitted my Live Scan fingerprint to the Justice Department. I called Aria Printing to see what is going on. Spoke with a guy on the phone. He said that his manager wasn't in today and to call back at other time. I told him that Aria Printing charged me a total of 94 dollars on my Amex Platinum. 23 days later just to find out that Aria Printing DID NOT submitted my fingerprints to the Justice Department.

I told him that I will report the charges to my credit card company, BBB, CONSUMER AFFAIRS, and to TRUSTLINE. My deadline is coming up and if I lose my job because of this. I WILL BE filing a police report for Fraudulent and will take them to court for Negligent. if he cannot give a an explanation why they haven't submitted yet. Don't do business with ARIA PRINTING & SHOPPING. They will play with your job! Stay CLEAR and go somewhere else!

Great printing services. I had to print two posterboard size obituaries for my brother's funeral and a 16" x 20" photo of my brother for his funeral. The product came out perfectly and much cheaper than at Staples. I like their professionalism and the quality of their work. I work in the construction industry for the past seven years and their general printing services is on par with the best. I highly recommend their services.

I used Aria Printing and Shipping for printing brochures and newsletters. I was very pleased with the overall service. Not only was the price very reasonable when compared to other well-known printing services, but the owner was also willing to work with the budget of the non-profit organization. My copies were ready at the promised time, and the service provided by both Ken and Tristan was friendly and polite. I'd be very happy to give them my business again in the future.

Save yourself the trouble and don't go here. I walked in yesterday wanting to get a live scan completed. I had called before hand to make sure this service is available. The guy on the phone said 12:30 it would be available. I arrive to the store at 1:00 and the guy told me at 2:00 the service would be available. Very rudely he said i had to come back.

I drove all the way from Menlo Park, so i told him i would wait. He then said i could go get a sandwich at subway. I was like "no it's ok i will wait" he then very rudely said that "this is a very bad day for this." Pointing at me. Then he told me that i was missing something on my paperwork. I got what was missing, came back today around 10:30a and he told me i had to wait until 3:00p.

I was shocked. I need to get this done for work and he proceeded to say "this bad day has turned into a bad week" very rudely. I told him i would wait again until 3:00p. And he then got the scan done. I appreciate him doing this, however this can be done much more respectively. I'm not sure who is the manager of this place but if this guy is always overworked then they need more people. (There wasn't anyone in the store?) if it's just him he's gotta learn to speak in a more respectable tone. Never going here again. Will try to avoid this place.

Save your time and money - don't go here. I requested a delivery change for my UPS package since I wanted to pick it up in person. Aria was one of the location options online on the UPS wesbsite so I chose to pick it up there. Mind you, I've requested to have a package picked up at this location a few times before. When I got to the store, the employee asked me what I needed and I told him I was there to pick up a UPS package.

He then rudely informed me that there was a $5 pickup fee, to which I was quite shocked - I had picked up rerouted UPS packages here multiple times and have NEVER had to pay a fee. I asked him if this was a new policy because this was my first time hearing about it and he said that it wasn't and they've always charged $5. He also added that whoever helped me before clearly just forgot. except for the fact that HE was the one who helped me all the previous times.

At this point I was pretty frustrated because 1. Charging $5 for picking up a package is ridiculous 2. Having this back and forth with this employee was clearly getting nowhere. He was SO RUDE and disrespectful the entire time. There are so many better ways to deliver a message/inform a paying customer of the store policy. This experience was honestly the last straw. I've encountered this employee multiple times before this and he's been rude every single time. The reason I kept coming back was due to the convenience of this location but after this horrible experience, I'll never be back.

This place is such a joke! The guy working here tells my kids to stop moving around because his batteries in the sensors we going to die. I have never heard of such a cheap remark like this before. I will never give this place my business. I used to come often to notorize documents because its close to my house. He has been unpleasant to deal with prior, but this was outright absurd, hideous, and ridiculous.

This place lacks business sense. My recommendation for the nice person who works with this idiot here named Sonika to please find a better working environment. This place just lost my business.

They are just an authorized Fedex location not an actual Fed Ex store. Don't waste your time. The person at the counter gave me a form to fill and when I was struggling with what questions (other than the usual 'from and to' ) needed to be answered or not he told me 'cmon you can figure that out right'. As for the pricing he said 'this one is the cheapest this one is the most expensive and I can't tell you how much or when it will get there but it's about 7 days' until I go to the system.

As for the weight he said I should put in my estimate. Well I even had to suggest to him to use their scale. It was frustrating I told him nicely I will bring home the form and figure it out. I went to an actual Fed ex store and was out of there in 5 mins and didn't even have to fill up a form! The Fed ex guy easily gave me the prices and when it would get there. Done.

Very disappointing experience at this business today. I called earlier in the week and was told I didn't need an appointment for Livescan fingerprinting. My husband had a good experience here with notary services so I thought I'd come here as well. Today I arrived at 1:45 pm and first off no one appeared to be in the store. I heard noise in the back and tried to let the employee know there was a customer by calling out hello.

I waited five minutes and still nothing. The store is not that big so I find it difficult to believe I wasn't heard. There is no bell to ring for assistance either. I was going to give up except I needed this done (attorney license). I used my cell phone to call the store number and finally the male employee came to the counter stating he was busy in the back. When I requested fingerprints he told me I'd have to come back later. There are other places so I don't plan to.

I have been dealing with Ken since the shop was a USP store. He has always been fair and try his best to give me good quality and fair price. I continue to go to ARIA for my print jobs. Johnny Tseng

I've been going to Aria for a few years now, because it's close to my house and they have other services besides shipping. However, today's experience made me never want to come back ever again. I went in to try to ship some clothes that I bought online and wanted to return. The employee recommended that I purchase a box, because it was more durable and he didn't think the envelopes would fit all my clothes.

When it was time to choose what type of shipping I wanted to do, I told him that I wanted the cheapest option ($13), but I had to have the shipping label that the clothing company provided me with, because it had the Order # and barcode. The employee told me that he couldn't do that, because they needed to put their own shipping label, because it contained their barcodes. So, I asked if I could put my label on top of theirs where it covered the address, but not their barcodes.

No matter how much I stressed the importance of my barcode, the employee said I couldn't put it on. Anyways, I ended up going to an actual post office down the street, where I explained my situation to the mail lady. She actually even suggested that I fit my clothes in an envelope to save money on shipping costs, and everything fit! Never going to Aria again! They are so cheap and will charge you for anything and everything just to make money.

I had my wedding invitations and programs printed and they turned out beautifully! The staff was very friendly and helpful taking the time to make sure they came out just right. Highly recommend them for printing and shipping and whatever else you might need! Parking is easy and Starbucks is next door.

From now on I will always go to the Printx Office on Farwell Dr & Blacow Rd. MUCH cheaper prices, and also amazing customer service. I'm finally getting around to finishing this review. I remember so many of the previous reviews on this were fake. "13 other reviews that are not currently recommended" :/ Highly overpriced. The majority of the business they get is probably because of their location, next to Ohlone College.

Besides the extra high prices, my main issue is the poor customer service. I've been here a couple of times because I wanted to make sure that I wasn't imagining things. I mean, everyone has bad days! I gave this business a couple shots. I don't know their names, but guys who work here tend to be quite rude. I have never been greeted when I enter, and I'm made to feel like I'm bothering them.

I often feel like I'm the one who has to brighten their day. What leads me to finally write this review is that I came in one morning and wanted to get fingerprinting done, and there were no other customers in the store. The man working there looked at me impatiently, and asked if I could come back later. And after I said it's fine I would get them done elsewhere, he sighed and said with an attitude, "Okay fine." Even if he was busy, politeness should be a basic part of customer service, right? : If you seem "young", or a student, you won't be taken seriously.

Called in to get a quote for flyers. The lady says "We are not interested. Thank you." and hangs up. Awesome service!

Great professional service and quality work. I've gotten a lot of different projects done here for work and Ken and his staff are always happy to help. I've had other printers charge for samples or to make edits, but Aria print is very flexible and offers great rates. I will continue being back for all my printing needs.

Great experience. Ordered posters and documents for a large job fair with almost no notice, but they were able to do it. Not only was the product perfectly printed, but the communication was excellent. Highly recommend!
