Worst copy shop experience ever. (I asked for "metall spiralbindung", got plastic and an excuse that it was too many pages. It was expensive (5.5 eur), unpunctual and ugly and the book could be opened only for 180 degrees. And the guy didn't even give a bill about it in the first place. A few metres away the next copyshop on Jordanstrasse did the metall spirallbindung for 3.5 eur perfectly after cutting this down.)
