I ordered labels for my product of my newly started skin care business. The quality is excellent, they were ready 1 day after I placed the order. The customer service was excellent. I will be a return customer!

I had inquired about having acrylic templates made (for sewing) and they were ready for the next day! So very pleased with the finished product and service!

I ordered a set of buttons to be printed and not only were they shipped late, several of them were missing graphics. Just the metal button itself. I called to have another order shipped, and the manger suggested I'd have to pay for those as well. After showing him photos of the original buttons that were not done correctly. Poor customer service. This is the kind of place you go to if you're in a total jam. Even then I'd avoid it.

Their staff are amazing, very knowledgeable and very flexible. We always challenge them with very tight deadlines, and they've always come through, with great quality. Highly recommend.

Was really disappointed by these guys. Gave them 3 solid chances, every time I got my order back there was issues. Uncentered, wrong sizes, randomly deciding to crop the images, and among other things, just poor work in general. Went in to try and fix things a few times and its just pointless. Hard to specifically order 8.5x11 product when they print it uncentered, and then offer to trim it down instead of actually reprinting.

I got back 8.25 x 11 prints that dont fit frames they were intended for. They had to be scrapped and redone elsewhere. Also, photos shows just how poorly their prints fit the sizes you order when they dont crop/misalign them in the first place. Those are 11x17 frames and the "11x17 prints" I ordered that obviously dont fit.
