Personalized Paper

Kind of disappointed. I ordered numbered forms for our warranty processes, I received them and they had no numbering so theirs no way for me to track which one is giving to our customers. Cant even use them. On top of that they shipped late, I called to ask what was going on very kind and understanding, and the girl who answered did not know, said she'd give me a call back-never did. And now my order is wrong. Big Bummer.

After a hold up with my order and some frustration on my end, Mark the owner of the company stepped in and not only fixed my order, he also offered to throw in a few more products AND expedite shipping so I could get my order in time. I'm overjoyed with the communication and the customer service from Mark on behalf of his business. I can't wait to get my order! Thank you!

Excellent customer service! My 4x3 sticky notes originally came printed on the wrong side. Personalized Paper re-printed immediately and sent out Saturday delivery! High quality items and low minimum quantities which allows me to try out products before making a large purchase. Next time, I'll try contacting them to see if Business Thank you Cards can be printed with full bleed on the back side and if Notebooks can have pages that are less wide on the inside and if I can add a clear protector page to the front of the notebook in addition to the thick cardstock. These look great with my custom letter openers from 911pens and custom mirrors from PureButtons.

The spiral notebooks were falling apart. The paper was falling right off the metal spiraling.

These guys offer the most options when it comes to customizing legal pads. Everybody else I tried over complicated the process.

I received very low quality products. I tried to leave a review on their website but my review was erased and my account was blocked so I can no longer access their website. This is why they provide their own link to their own reviews, because all of their reviews are hand picked in order to maintain a high review rating. I believe this is why they have so many 5 star reviews on their website, because they hand pick and choose all of their reviews.

I checked several different printing companies, including one locally I use all the time, and none of them could compare to the pricing at Personalized Paper Manufacturing Group for what I needed. They follow up with emails from the company and that was important to me. This company is professional and prompt. I would recommend this company to anyone needing outside printing.
