I have used Flash Print for many years, both for my employer (Harvard University) and for my own home. Their work is consistent, careful and very fairly priced. Particularly memorable are a print I purchased online to have printed there, which turned out so well that I spent a great deal of money to have it framed, like I would any original artwork, as well as family photographs that were somehow rendered beautifully crisp and glossy from rather poor Instagram posts. Am leaving this star because while I agree with the rest of the reviews, they are efficient, friendly, and reasonably price their printing services, their shipping services are outrageously high. $25 to ship a small (and I mean small) course pack from Cambridge MA to NY! I pay more for shipping than the actual course pack itself. I hope they consider offering multiple affordable shipping options and not just rip people off for their money.

It doesn't get better than Flash Print. Good people, with good service, and good prices. These are people who go out of their way to help *you.* I've used many print shops and the professionalism of Flash Print exceeds the competition. Can't recommend this place enough.

I have been coming here for years to print my comics. I always show up with a long list of files to print, all with different, complicated instructions. They always get my prints done perfectly and they look beautiful. If I have questions or concerns they'll always work them out with me. Great prices, fast printing, they're the best!

I am extremely satisfied with my experience here. They offer the highest quality for the cheapest price in the area. Additionally, their service is exceptional. In particular, I would like to mention "Adam" who helped me tremendously in printing (and even photoshopping) to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. I will definitely return if I need to print more projects.

Very nice and helpful staff. Came in stressed needing to print 200+ show programs for a dance performance that was the next day (after some issues with printing at another place the day before). They were very kind and took on the task, and they got it done quickly. The end product was high quality. Definitely recommend!

I went to print tickets this morning and whom ever was on duty was completely useless. He had no name tag on and when I couldn't print my tickets he couldn't help me. Nothing seemed to be working and he attempted to try and about me for less then one minute and seemed like he had interest in wanting to help me. Won't go back

I've printed a variety of files here and have always experienced very fast turnaround times. The staff is not always friendly, but they do get the job done.

These guys are AMAZING. I came in last minute with a fairly complex order and they turned it around so fast. They seriously saved my life and were super nice and patient while doing it.

I am based in NY and had a print emergency over the weekend and unfortunately most print shops in NY are closed over the weekend. I had plans to visit Cambridge for the day that Saturday and I thought I might as well try print shops around there to see if they were open and able to help. Flash Print was the first print shop I visited and they were the only print shop I needed to visit.

I told the guy running the shop my printing situation and he was very helpful and was able to help me 100%. It was so refreshing to get amazing customer service from a small business like this one. These guys are fast and professional and get it right. Send in what you need in via email and then just walk in and pick it up, what could be any easier?

So my parents just retired (they were teachers) and I made them a scrapbook with messages from former students. I wanted small (7 x 5) but it was going to be big (200+ pages), and most places don't do that. Flash Print does that, and pretty much anything else you could want. AMAZING prices, VERY high quality. but what stands out even more is how wonderful they were before I placed my order.

I had a million questions (yes, I counted, 1 million) and they were beyond patient! Very knowledgeable, friendly, happy to help. Lost track of how many emails we exchanged but I could not recommend this place more highly. The best of small business!

Not the friendliest staff. You need to ask the right questions to get the information you want, which can be difficult if you don't know much about print quality, paper stock, etc. That said, they know their stuff. And they're FAST. Flashprint is a very apt name. They can turn around orders same day, and I've never had a job take more than 24 after I've approved it. You can count on them to come through if you're on deadline!

Don't go anywhere else. They're professional, courteous, FAST, problem solving, and simply the best. Both me and my boyfriend are artists and we decided to not go to the big companies (staples, kinkos, office max/depot, etc) to get our wedding invitations printed. I found Flashprint through yelp (and because of their location) and I was not disappointed. When my boyfriend first saw them he exclaimed "MAN! They're SO GOOD!" Definitely top of it's class. We had a wonderful experience with this business, I highly recommend them! My department at Harvard, had a rather complex and involved work project: involving binders and several important and confidential documents for an upcoming conference. Not only did Flashprint provide all of the supplies, they also copied and compiled everything. I worked with Derek, who was patient, thorough and professional.

He explained each step of production and the team at Flashprint exceeded all of our expectations - even though they had to deal with edits and changes from us up to the last minute. They provided 2 samples of the work before final printing so we knew exactly what to expect and the work was flawless. They delivered the work early on Friday morning (ahead of schedule and in the middle of bad winter weather). Thank you Flashprint for your service, patience, professionalism and exceptional work!

OK, so, I find myself frequently having the need to print up 20-50 11x17 or larger posters for a side project I'm involved in. usually with very little notice or lead-in time, a day or less. I usually use Staples, not happily but because I just assume big box stores will be cheaper. until NOW. I roll up to the Harvard Square Staples with a USB drive of dreams and full DAY of advance time.

Kid (who is apparently on some unfortunate combination of Dayquil, THC and lithium) tells me they can't take my files, the soonest they can print 20 11x17 posters would be 4 days from now. His manner, both languid and surly, enrages me, and I leave. I yelp nearby printers. I find Flashprint. There I find a reasonable and intelligent human being, a human being with whom I can do business. Yes, he can make my printouts in time. Yes, he can give me a test print - no, two test prints! Yes, he can even deal with an annoying last minute fix I had to make via their online upload system.

I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. And, it's less money than Staples! My eyes were all buggin out of my head -positively- like Jim Carrey's in the Mask. NEVER AGAIN STAPLES. Flashprint 4-eva!

Top notch printing, fast, efficient. Super busy so don't expect much small chat. When something is questionable, they'll call or email and proof it. And they have Kim. Stupendous.

You're a student. Time means everything. So does money. Flashprint is cheaper than its corporate neighbors in the Square (and depending on what school affiliations you are, they might give a discount like 6 cent copying!) It's hard to find though: tucked away on the basement level across from Pete's.

Flashprint did all of the printing for my wedding in September -- "save the date" postcards, invitations & reply cards, place cards, programs, signs, and thank you notes. Everything they printed came out great, and the staff were really helpful. and they were really patient when I completely messed up the bleed/crop guidelines (oops. they have very clear instructions on their website and in brochures at the store, so you don't make the same mistakes I did!).

When I had my program printed, they even printed extras on colored paper as a little wedding gift! Great service. As long as I'm in the Harvard area I'll be doing all my professional printing here.

I contacted Derek, requesting a proposal. After providing the specifics of our job, he responded with a detailed accounting of what the job would cost. As I am located in California, and our conference was scheduled in Cambridge, I would be contracted with him, sight un-seen. Derek provided several testimonials which I did follow up on. The company provided an effective and efficient way to upload files (we had 60 separate documents as part of a large binder).

Any questions, Derek emailed me. The finished product's quality was top notch. The final cost was very close in price to the initial estimate (no hidden charges or surprises here). We will use again when we return to Cambridge next year. I highly recommend.
