I had a phenomenal experience working with Neal and Dan at Hemlock. Very personable, responsive, and just helpful in general. I was pleasantly surprised by the turnaround time on 210 t-shirts/tank tops, and they even loaded up all the boxes into my trunk for me! Thanks for the great job guys!

I feel bad giving a poor review to a local small business, but Hemlock Ink did not do a good job. I ordered 6 t-shirts. When I picked them up, the package only had 5 shirts in it. I would not have known that one was missing except that I decided to check the printing. While I was commenting that the ink was blotchy on one of the shirts, I realized that there was a much bigger problem -- one shirt was missing.

The guy who was helping me went in the back and found the mangled shirt in the garbage. I can't believe that they would have just handed me the package with the wrong number of shirts and not mentioned it. Once he realized the problem, he offered to print an additional shirt, but didn't have the color or style of T-shirt I had ordered. So, I did get the 6th shirt in the end and they get 3 stars for attempting to fix the problem. And, to his credit, he offered to refund the whole order. I said that wasn't necessary, but would like to get a refund for the 1 shirt. That never happened.

They did some Embroidering for me on a doggie backpack. It was a bit of an odd request and they only did 2 pieces but it Came back fast and looked great. Would recommend

Just picked up 125 TShirts from these guys for my company. Alex was a big help in facilitating the order. My design was tricky, front and back with multiple layers and colors. Hemlock Ink took that design and turned out the highest quality Ts I have ever seen. Perfect printing on Hanes Beefy T Shirts. These shirts are made to last and will be an amazing advertisement for my business. The price was more than fair and the turnaround was fast! I would seriously recommend them to anyone needing clothing for a business, special event. Hemlock Ink FTW!

I've worked with this company back about 3-4 years ago and they were of great help even then! And now recently I decided to come back here again to develop more t-shirts and of course, a very pleasant experience. I definitely recommend going here as it's the most cost efficient, yet good quality place especially in the Greater Boston Area!

Although there were some discrepancies about emails here and there, it was fixed! I ordered about 120 t-shirts and 20 hoodies and they came out perfectly! Very simple and straightforward to work with.

Neal made the entire ordering process a breeze from start to finish. We ordered a slew of hoodies for our roller derby team. Every gal wanted very a specific name & number on the front. Neal didn't even bat an eye. They were finished before the due date & he was even kind enough to text me a shot of the finished product! We are really pleased with the finished product & will be ordering again soon!

I am extremely happy with my Hemlock Ink experiences. I have ordered through this company several times & every time, the products are outstanding! My first experience was ordering t-shirts for my team for the warrior dash. It was about 30 t-shirts in varying men's & women's sizes. The quality of the t shirts were amazing, along with the print quality.

I worked one on one with Dan to find the best lettering, color scheme & shirt fabric for the t-shirts. I have also used them several times just to make a t-shirt or two for a Halloween costume. I just emailed the link for the image I wanted printed over & had my product in just a few days. All in all, Hemlock Ink is an A+ company in my book.

Since writing my last review, I have used Hemlock Ink 2 more times only this time not for my business but for my daughter's elementary school spirit wear (thousands of dollars in orders). Hemlock Ink came through BIG TIME with both orders. Parents are always commenting to me about how much better quality the items are then what their expectations for spirit wear are. I had a great experience working with Hemlock Ink. I needed to get three dress shirts embroidered last minute for a company event, and they were incredibly accommodating. They finished them a day early and waived the usual embroidery minimum of 12 shirts without hesitation. When I picked them up, one of the threads was unraveling, but Neal happily fixed it right on the spot. Will definitely use them again!

These guys are great! They're super friendly and professional and the pricing is extremely fair for the quality they produce. My order had one error with the embroidery and they were willing to help me out without any hesitation. I plan on bringing all of my printing jobs to them from here on out.

Absolutely amazing. I had a surprise 30th bday party to throw - and we decided tshirts were a necessity. So I call up Hemlock Ink - Dan handles everything for my rush order without hesitation. I sent him a picture of my buddy and some wording we wanted used on the shirts and before you know it he has an incredible design drawn up - better than I could have imagined it.
