Ed was fantastic! Honest guy to work with, he gave me an estimate and what is an expected expense based from the issue of my printer that I mentioned. A well experienced guy! He immediately figured out what was wrong with my printer and did the fix honestly. Good price for his service too! He helped me hook up my printer to my Macbook! Highly recommendable!

I've been waiting 2 weeks for him to fix a problem he created?!? and now he won't answer my calls Called him to fix our company HP Fax Color Printer and he came out charged us flat rate he claimed all he did was clean the platen glass. go to make copies and now the feeder doesn't work? never had an issue with the feeder! FIRST OFF I'M THE OFFICE MANAGER AND SECOND OF ALL YOUR THE REASON THE HINGES BROKE?. YOU WANTED TO TALK WITH THE DOCTOR BECAUSE HE IS COMPUTER ILLITERATE AND YOU TRIED TO MAKE IT SEEM LIKE IT WASN'T YOUR FAULT. YOU GOT PAID FOR A SERVICE THAT YOU DIDN'T PROVIDE UNTIL THEY DECIDED TO PAY FOR YOUR MISTAKE! THAT'S WHY YOU WAN'TED TO COME WHEN I WASN'T THERE BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T KNOW WHAT YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO DO! ALSO THERE IS NO ONE ELSE IT'S JUST HIM!

Sacred Heart University (Office of Undergraduate Admissions) used Copier Plus Worldwide LLC to fix an HP laserjet printer - that has been broken for nearly a year. We called Ed, and he was extremely professional and accomodating. Within 4 days of contacting Ed from Copier Plus Worldwide LLC, he had come out and fixed the printer (and the cost was reasonable).
The timing was quick and the customer service was incredible! We had contacted HP several times, and each time we just went in circles and the issue did not get resolved. We had a difficult time with every HP representative we spoke to, and we were relieved when we finally found Copier Plus LLC - as it was close, and efficient! I would highly recommend this company - working with Ed was great! If we ever have an issue, we would absolutely go through him again for assistance!

Anytime my laser printers need repair or servicing, I always call them. I have been using their laser printer repair services for a very long time and they have never disappointed me. Every repair man always take time to explain what the problem is and how to avoid it in the future. They are recommendable.

I called this company to fix my 3 Copiers and 2 Color Laser Printer. One of my copiers was an analog copier that no one wanted to help me with that needed service on. This company knew their stuff on copiers and printers. Especially on my Mita 1435 Analog Copier. They even found me toner for all 3 copiers and 2 Color Printers. Everyone else told me my copiers and printers was too old and outdated. However, this company fixed all 5 of my products.
I would recommend this company to anyone so give them a call. The person whom came to my location was also very thorough he showed me what needed repairing and was also very polite.
