I placed an order for a large format print with them and the paper it was printed on was discolored (faded from a white to light yellow). I have experience caring for and storing giclee prints and have never had this issue with any of my other prints. They made no attempt to help resolve the issue. Find a printer that actually cares about the quality of their product and cares about customer service.

Friendly as heck and informative. They go to great lengths to customize the experience, photography, and prints to fit your needs instead of trying to squeeze your needs into their process. The place was hard to find; read the directions on their website. During the pandemic, fill out their "dropoff form" before heading in for prints.

I have used Bellevue Fine Art over the last 6 years for my large format work. I tried two other fine art print labs before settling on Bellevue as my primary print lab for large format work. I have found their work to be 1st class and the price to be fair. Go Bellevue!

Bellevue Fine Art is the absolute best place for scanning artwork and creating gorgeous giclee prints! I had the pleasure of working with this lovely dedicated crew for many years, and now would go nowhere else to reproduce my art or create archival artist prints. Scott and his team know color like no one else, and will make your work look it's best!

They produce incredible scans and prints for world-class artists and companies, and will bring their expertise and attention to detail to your project. Stop looking around, go here, go now!

Typically, I would want to award 5 stars, as I am happy with the final deliverable (a print of an acrylic painting on canvas). However, I was disturbed by my interaction when I brought the proof in to ask if the color could be improved. That's all I said when I was told [with irritation] "I don't want to be rat holing on the color" and that I "shouldn't expect a museum quality print".

He then spent 5 minutes tweaking the color - and GREATLY improved it. I don't know why my gentle question about the potential of improving the trueness of the color would result in the response I got, but I'm glad the improvement was made and that my final print is a good one.

Amazing! My boyfriend recently bought me a beautiful 24X48 canvas print in Hawaii. When we returned I wanted to have it stretched and put on a frame. I originally called Michael's who quoted me $311 and said they could have it back to me in 2 to 3 weeks. Then I called Bellevue Fine Art, a small hole-in-the-wall shop. They did it for $111 and had it back to me in two business days. Literally ONE THIRD of the price and in a small fraction of the time and the staff was amazing. Highly recommend.

I chose Bellevue Fine Arts Reproduction to scan and print my artwork, because the quality of their work looked excellent, and their prices were reasonable. What I discovered was absolutely the finest staff of customer focused people scanning and printing the highest quality reproductions you can find likely anywhere. The scan they did of my artwork reproduced so well that people say it looks better than my original. The treatment I received was extraordinary. They definitely went the extra mile to make sure I was 100% satisfied. I would not go anywhere else for reproductions of my work.

These guys are the best. I had an art piece of mine imaged at a printer's in Seattle which got great reviews but I have to say that I was really disappointed. I primarily paint images of flowers and the colors were just so off I didn't know where to begin--if the center of the flower was good the petals were completely wrong and vice versa.

They kinda made me feel like that was a good as it could get. I was reluctant to try again because I didn't want to pay to scan all over again with the same result. However, I eventually decided to try Bellevue Fine Art Repro. and drove out to Bellevue with the same painting. I was blown away by the difference. The scan and proof print were as close to the original as I could have hoped for (the first time around).

Since then I have scanned 7 other paintings and artwork for a line of cards that I am working to bring to market. I have yet to be disappointed and always feel grateful that they do their best to save me money where they can. It takes me a bit more time and hassle to drive from North Seattle across the lake but the quality and service more than make up for any inconvenience. They will be my go to for as long as I paint.

I am beyond impressed with the prints we just picked up from Bellevue Fine Art. I had to place an enormous order and they were still able to fill it within the guaranteed five day turnaround time. Their customer service was prompt, friendly, and helpful. And did I mention the quality of these prints? I'm floored. Printed on watercolor paper they look just like originals. I can't imagine going anywhere else for my many fine art printing needs.

Nothing but happy with their work. I brought in three of my encaustic paintings for photographing and they treated them with such care, didn't leave them under the lights, special attention, etc etc. The price was unbeatable for scanning/photographing. On top of this they gave me great ideas and actual examples of finishing my giclee to look like the original.

Their place is amazing, too. My kind of non-corporate establishment. It's a house, but don't let that throw you off! It's loaded with equipment and their professionalism is amazing. Both times I was greeted practically as I stepped out of the car. You will not regret going here!

I'm in Spokane, but still have all my art prints made at Bellevue Fine Art Reproduction and shipped to me, because they are the best. The staff is awesome to work with. We have developed a great professional relationship and I truly rely on them for my Etsy shop. I absolutely love the quality of the prints, the paper selection, and the amazing pricing. I especially love that they are constantly striving to expand their options, improve their customer service resources, and foster long-term customer loyalty.*******

So happy with Bellevue Fine Art Reproduction. Their service was friendly and helpful, their communications were timely and clear, and the quality of my image capture was excellent. I took my image file to RainMaker Signs, a large format printing company, who reproduced my painting. Side by side, the reproduction and original has exceptional color match. I have a ton of confidence in Scott's image capture work and highly recommend it.

If you are an artist, Bellevue Fine Art Reproduction is *the* place to go for fine art scanning and printing! Their art scans are museum quality and each piece is color matched to the original as closely as possible. They put a lot of love into what they do! They even have a nifty price calculator on the website so you can see exactly what kinds of paper options will cost in whatever size print you want to order.

They have great videos online too to help demystify the scanning process. Bellevue Fine Art is great resource for artists. There's no need to settle on crummy low rez pictures of your precious artwork ever again!

I had a wonderful experience with Belleveu. The process is well organized, it was very easy to upload the images, place the order and make the payment online. My prints were shipped in a timely manner, and I was delighted to see the work or final product. The prints look fantastic on an exquisite Japanese paper which is very difficult to find where I live. The team at Bellevue provided excellent customer service answering my questions via email and keeping me updated. I am planning on continuing doing business with them.

The team at Bellevue Fine Art Reproduction is fantastic! Granted, I wasn't printing "fine art." I was having a fingerprint tree printed to serve as a guest book at a wedding, but they still treated it like fine art. The team was so helpful adding the bride and groom's names and the wedding date to the image, and suggesting the best paper to use for texture and the fingerprints.

On top of the friendly service, the finished print is perfect and beautiful. And I really cannot stress enough how friendly and helpful the staff are! If I ever need to print anything again, I'll definitely work with these folks again - and I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know!

I'm giving this company a very positive review in spite of the fact that my order got messed up. I ordered glass etching from Bellevue Fine Art--just a logo on some pint glasses. Something went wrong with the machine and the result was that the art on the glass came out distorted on 90% of the product. This was really unfortunate as I had bought the glassware myself. However, I am giving a very positive review anyway because of the way they handled it.

This is a cool company. They care about the work they do and they fully refunded my purchase--not just the etching, but also compensated me for the glasses. They were accommodating and honest. I think this was very classy of them. Although it will take me a bit more time to get my glasses, I feel satisfied with the exchange on the business end and I would use this company again.once they fix the technology.

If you're an artist who has an interest in digitally archiving or reproducing your work, Bellevue Fine Art is the best place I've found in the Seattle area. As a painter, I've been using a flat bed scanner for years, but the lighting is inconsistent, and I usually have to do a fair amount of digital retouching afterward. I've tried reproducing my work at quite a few other print studios in town, but it tends to be expensive, their paper options are limited, and their customer service is pretty limited too (most of them are self-serve). It's nearly impossible to find a place that takes the time (or cares enough) to ensure that the colours in the print actually match the colours in my original paintings. Bellevue Fine Art is super straight forward about pricing (there's a calculator online).

They offer a fantastic hi-res digital scanning service (which includes colour-matched proofing plus a disc with hi-res files and web jpgs), and a huge variety of materials to print on. My favourites are the textured watercolour papers, but they also have photo papers, metallic papers, card stock, canvas, vinyl, fabric, and even metal! I have never walked out the door with a print that didn't look fantastic. :) Scott, the owner, is incredibly knowledgeable, and he's always happy to answer questions.

The turn-around time is reasonable (usually about a week for scanning and proofing, and less than a week for prints). The quality of my prints and the excellent customer service at Bellevue Fine Art will keep me coming back. I can't recommend this place highly enough.

The only possible mark against this place is the slightly difficult time I had finding it, but after dealing with Scott and after seeing the quality of my print, I have nothing but great things to say. I went in one day for to check out my options for getting a picture printed and laminated on one of their fiberboard backings. I also had some quality questions about how big I could go with the print.

He was very helpful and I quickly had a quote. A little over a week later I had a beautiful print. It was an added bonus that the "float" laminate option I got came with premade hanging blocks. Just measured and leveled and hanging was quick. For the quality of the print and the service the price was definitely reasonable, and I will hopefully be returning for future printing needs.
