I cannot recommend Perfect Press enough! Jennifer and team were such a pleasure to work with, gave great inputs and feedback, and the product is high quality. I am so happy with how everything turned out. I will be using them for any invites or paper needs in the future!

Perfect Press is so much more than a print shop. In addition to printing my business cards, sign on the wall for zoom calls as a background. They designed my logo, created my branding guidelines, printed a 7 panel business card size fundamentals card and business card size envelope, stickers with my logo i put on books that I send out and several other things. Their quality is amazing and the prices are very competitive. I recommend them without hesitation

I called Perfect Press in a pinch for my wedding name cards, love notes, and love note envelopes and I am so thankful Sabrina answered the phone! I'd originally been working with FedEx who said they could print what I needed, but ultimately could not. I needed 150 copies of each item, and in a week! The girls at Perfect Press were incredibly quick, helpful, kind, responsive via phone and phone, and they turned a stressful situation into the best one!

We used Perfect Press for our recent wedding. They produced our save-the-dates and our wedding invites. Both of these turned out better than we had wildly imagined. The process was very collaborative, with us providing suggestions, and the great designer (Jen!) coming back with amazing drafts and then final works. In our case, the save-the-date was a cute little flow chart including hedgehogs and lots of details.

It was wonderful and cute and a great first thing to send out. However, things got amazing when it came to the actual wedding invites. Full of cute little monsters, bold colors, expressive typography and great use of foil, it really knocked us out and put a huge smile on our faces. We literally got dozens of messages from our friends and family expressing that this invite was truly the *absolute best* they had ever seen in their entire life.

We really could not have asked for more. Having someone work closely with us to understand our vision and then execute on it so fantastically was a godsend. It took a part of the wedding that could have been stressful and made it so fun and rewarding. If we ever need anything else in this space, we would def come to Perfect Press first.

I've been going to Perfect Press for 3 years now to print short runs of artwork to sell at conventions, and it has been a great experience every time. I've had as few as 6 prints of an illustration and it wasn't a problem for them at all, whereas I've had other print shops refuse my order because I didn't want 200 of one thing. : They are very responsive and professional, the print quality is great, and the turnaround time is consistent and fast.

I would recommend Perfect Press to anyone looking for wedding papergoods. We had a great experience between our consultation with Mel and tweaking the design with our very responsive designer, Jen. We definitely love our invitations, and have gotten so many compliments!

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Mel & Madison on designing a logo for my business - holy cow, Madison knocked it out of the park! I'm getting ahead of myself: working with the team at Perfect Press was a dream. Based on a somewhat hazy description that I had of what I wanted my logo to look like, Madison was able to create something so beautiful that EXACTLY met what I was looking for.

Perfect Press doesn't press your pants or press your nails. What they do is press your paper. Perfectly! I have counted on Mel and her team more times than I can count over the last few years to design and print so many different items for my business. I absolutely love the new ownership. Mel and her crew have bumped up quality of service by nearly 100% from what it was like 5 years ago. We are getting married on 8/8/15 and needed save the dates, map to venue, name tents etc. Merchant's had a great package for everything we needed that didn't break the bank. I worked with Jennifer who was a pleasure to work with. She produced proof's within a day and made edits we wanted ever quicker! This place is amazing! I worked with Jennifer and not only is she an amazing designer she is also so patient and incredibly helpful when I asked for suggestions on wording or etiquette things. I am so in love with my invitations and have received SO many complements. They match my theme perfectly! I've worked with Merchants for many years now and they've been delightful. My husband and I worked with them on our wedding invitations, and the result was impeccable. We live on the East Coast, and their customer service and responsiveness translates across state lines! They worked within our tight timeline and budget, and exceeded our expectations.

OMG! I found Merchants through the Seattle Wedding Expo and I have to say UNBELIEVABLE experience. My invitations are seriously thee most beautiful invites I've ever seen. I basically had them custom made. The price, and quality is far better then Papyrus and other competitors who overcharge. I worked with Meena and Jennifer! They were absolutely amazing!

They worked out every detail, helped me with the literature, and made the invitations so great. I had great service, great online communication, and I can't say anything more but how wonderful they are. Meena (salesperson) was so considerate of my budget and the quality I wanted. She worked on providing me options so that I could have just what I wanted.

I am having a destination wedding and had to add a lot of content for the invitation. She was creative, incredibly easy to work with and I will recommend her to every bride! I am tempted to put my invitation up for all to see! Jennifer was SO patient with me. I called/emailed her at least a dozen times and she went through every effort to make it perfect.

I also felt they had the most options on invitations in general. Creative, personable options. More than any store I've been too. They also gave me sample to get some ideas, and provided me another sample for the final draft. It was perfect! The location is in Kent which was out of my way but definitely worth the drive! Meena was the first wedding vendor we worked with who really listened to our ideas, and held our hand through the decision making process. We went in with very little direction and left feeling confident and thrilled with our decisions. I can't wait to see the final product!

I went to Perfect Press with a project. I asked them exactly what they needed to complete my project, then spent many hours creating files to their specifications. I brought it in for printing, and first they were late in starting. (told me it would be done by tuesday at the latest, called wednesday and they hadn't started). Then, I got a call that the files were too big and they needed an extra $50 an hour to complete my project.

This was unacceptable at best, so I picked up my files. I then asked what happened since I had checked with them first and of all things the staff was actually mad at me and quite rude. I spent hours doing the files exactly as they told me to, but evidently they realized later they wanted them done differently, and when I picked up my DVD they were rude. Do not support this business.

They did a very good job with our save-the-dates (STD!), and it was all okay until they double-booked my next appointment and had me waiting 45 minutes, then felt hurried during our meeting. My fiance and I ultimately decided to go with a different vendor for the invitations, but they were indeed very flexible for the STD and we were happy with that product. Working out the right schedule to get down there was a little difficult for me, but it was nice to support a small local business.

No matter what your budget is. Merchant's is very flexible. They will work with you to give you exactly what you're looking for, if not better! Mohamed is the owner and actually takes the time to sit down with you and figure out what you're looking for. He has high end clients as well as low end, but you'd never tell the difference.

He treats everyone the same, which is sometimes hard to find in the wedding industry. I love, love, love him.and the outcome of my invitations. I get countless compliments and would refer him to any bride in a heart beat!

If you are planning a wedding--or any sort of event for that matter--you need look no further. Mohamed is the owner, and it has been my experience that he has the most beautiful custom-made designs in Washington! He'll work with you regardless of your budget, and you can get as creative as you like. His energy is at an enormously high level, but he gets the job done in an incredibly professional manner.

I searched around for quite some time before I was introduced to, and chose him to cover all of our stationery details. You won't regret paying his shop a visit, and you'll be amazed at what he comes up with!
