Had a PBK back pack embroidered here, they were fast efficient and the price was fair. Not to mention, the embroidery was really well done in the exact color I needed.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness Been trying to contact these people for a while now but nobody answers the phone or emails. So frustrating considering they did a good job for me years ago but I will just go somewhere else from now on.

I needed something done within the hour and minuteman press was more than willing to help me increase a crisis. They did a beautiful job with embroidery and were very pleasant in a stressful situation. I definitely recommend visiting this local business!

Companies like this give me faith-- a lot of it. I placed an order through Zazzle(just don't do it) and after waiting weeks for production, it did not ship and would not have arrived in time for my trip. I was livid but the super sweet Julio at Art Factory quickly eliminated my worries and I thank the heavens for him. Placed a last minute order on two items and he was able to complete this for me in less than 24 hours.

I cannot even begin to go on about how much this meant. My boyfriend loves his customized hoodie and I will definitely be back in to have other items customized. Although I will try my best not to hit up Art Factory last minute, I do know that they will be my first choice going forward. Thank you again!

I believe in using small, locally owned businesses. I was so pleased with finding Art Factory and being able to do business with them. After a few misfires on my part (they were always so helpful even when I didn't have an order), I finally had the opportunity to use them for our company T-shirts. The shirt quality they recommended was perfect.

I have worked with a lot of Tshirt screen printers and these guys are THE BEST. Nate (the owner) is a MASTER at color separation and half-toning - and good color separation will make or break a screen print. They have a great range of stock - from budget to high fashion Tshirts. They also do caps, embroidery and much more. They also do foil and other techniques that can transform a regular Tshirt into something AMAZING.plus their prices are competitive!

Over the past 5 years I have ordered over 1000 shirts from Nate and June. They are great to deal with and the shirts ate high quality at a great price. The turnaround is always faster than quoted and always boxed per my special requests.

We have been working with Art Factory for a couple months and every project has delivered on time. We've never had any quality issues and their prints are top of the line. They are quick to respond with quotes and proofs and have always gone above and beyond for us. They have unique printing capabilities and they can take a very complicated design and make it look amazing on any shirt. Just ordered some shirts through Nate and Art Factory. The shirts came out great, they were ready before they said they would be, and the rates were reasonable as far as I know. Their new location is by Fulton and Damen (as of April 2012), so don't go to the Belmont location anymore!

These guys can't print straight. Argumentative when it comes to owning up to mistakes. I would look elsewhere.

In a world of cranky screen printers and companies only too happy to tell you why your design won't look the way you want it to -- Art Factory is the blissfully bona-fide real deal. Their customer service is exemplary. Nate, who would be doing the screen printing, reviewed my design carefully, telling me exactly how he would break it down, giving me various pricing options. June walked me through their [extensive] shirt choices, laying out quality vs. cost concerns.

At every point of our interactions I felt involved and well informed. And when I picked up my shirts, they looked even better than I had imagined. 50 shirts, 6 color design: $700. Roughly $13 a shirt [and I picked a pricey shirt]. I've found my new go-to screen printing service!

This company is the REAL DEAL, they are fantastic! The owners are completely hands-on and they are always paying attention to details. We are repeat customers, with VERY specific needs, and Art Factory spends so much time making us happy. A relatively new company in Chicago, they have made a strong impact in their market, and have won major accounts locally and abroad.

Besides good business practices and customer service, they are huge supporters of small businesses, so their relationships in the market are positive and their pricing is SO competitive! The owners are very involved in local art, music, and culture scene, so their creativity is in-touch and refreshing. Don't expect any pretentiousness or BS, these cats are VERY cool. I think this is my best kept secret, but sure to change!
