We recommend following the care instructions provided on the label. Most t-shirts, and other apparel, have standard care instructions, such as Machine Wash Cold, Tumble Dry Low, Do Not Iron Decoration, and use Only Non-Chlorine Bleach When Needed. Following these simple instructions will greatly increase the longevity and enjoyment of your custom t-shirts for a long time to come.Custom Screen Printing is what we've done Since 1992. My son's tball coach had the team jerseys printed here. I am super disappointed that you guys decided to put first and last names on jerseys for 4-6 year olds. That is awful! That is so dangerous. You NEVER put a child's first and last name on a shirt! Several players names were also spelled wrong and numbers were not correct. That is awful customer service! We should NOT have to pay!

I've worked with Big Rhino many times; each visit was an experience within itself. I have presented what i would assume some challenging projects but neither the less they did the work precisely as i wanted it done. I have to give a special thanks to Tammy for her dedication, warm smiles and interest in not only my projects but my well being as a customer.

I ordered some hoodies from Big Rhino and they are amazing. They kept me up to date about the order and the hoodies were delivered quickly. The hoodies look and feel awesome. They created them exactly how I described them to Mr. Presnell. They also came at a very low price. My classmates and I wear them everyday.

Sent 3 screen printing quotes on their website on 12/8/13, and as of today, 12/16/13, have yet to hear from anyone about anything! So I call and they read my email and stated they were out that day are now backed up due to holiday orders. Poor customer service, had I not called them they probably still wouldn't have contacted me. Will be taking my personal single order AND my school district 400 shirt order elsewhere to a company with better customer service. Bad first impression!
