I've used their services multiple times. Always super happy with the turnover time, communication, and results! Robert is always very helpful.

Always busy but never to busy for their customers, wide variety of graphics and still expanding.

Although I doubt I will go back to Bay Area. I easily can give them 5 stars. Their speed is high.the quality is high.but, for me, apparently all of a sudden their prices are high. I only get a few black and white, single sided copies on super rare occasions.so, I am absolutely not a big client and my $1-2 dollar copies won't make a difference. But, I was a bit startled at my bill today.

I have never been charged an ECO' fee until today. My $1 amount of copies went to $4 because of the $3 ECO fee. Literally, this fee was 3 times the amount of the copies. It would have been prudent to tell me before the copies were made that there is now an ECO fee. I would have still gotten the copies because I did need them.but, I would have been less shocked. So, now instead of being able to walk to a place to get a few insignificant copies, I'll just have to make a super short drive to a big-box chain store to get them.

I ABSOLUTELY recommend Bay Area for big jobs, prints, etc. I am very much for local businesses and their quality is superb. I, however, will need to change up places for my $1 copies.lol.

Use them for all of our plans and large format needs. Very quick professional service.

They do a fantastic job on blueprints and I especially like their sticker services. I made some customized gifts with their assistance. They have a friendly and helpful staff that helped me with my projects. Thanks for the stickers they really liked their gifts.

1st time ordering from this company and I am very pleased with their work and for a great price! I will definitely be doing more business with them in the future. The lady in the office was also very nice.

April 2018 I have raised my review to 5 star based upon almost 1 year of great service since my last review. I have had numerous designs emailed in to them since my initial Google review. ALL of my requests were done on time, and satisfactorily. I would reccomend this business fully. June 2017 Order was wrong. Person answering phone tried to blame me.

I was charged to correct the issue. All for a buck print job! Update: A phone call was received offering an apology from the office manager. Everyone can have a bad day. and since there was an outreach. we will continue to try their services.

I needed a picture enlarged for reference in a painting I was doing. Even though I was a "Joe Home Owner" they treated me as a high end weekly reprographics customer. Can't wait to bring them more business.
