Horrible shipping service and they do not reply to emails. It says you can reach out to them via their social media site which they haven't posted on MONTHS. Items were supposed to ship mid May, it's June. I ordered in March.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness I purchased some merch in October of 2020 and I have yet to receive my items. I have been emailing since the end of January 2021, and the item they are out of stock on "is expected to arrive next week". We are four weeks out from my initial email and counting.
