Printing connection did a great job with out vinyl decals for our office windows and vehicles. They were very professional and did quality work. Great prints and reliable customer service! However, communication could be improved. I have been using printing connections for several months now. We have printed many different items for our business, including posters, menus, and brochures. Printing connections has given us excellent quality prints every single time! They will also design items if you are not familiar with your product.

One aspect that I feel can be improved is their communication with their customers. It is great when it occurs, but is inconsistent and can cause mild annoyances. In some emails, i requested them to email us or call us when prints were ready, but they did not. Other times, emails would have no responses unless I sent reminder emails. It is great that they are able to print items in a timely manner, but I would appreciate it if I could recieve them ASAP.

I got quotes from several different printing places to print a windshield banner for my 2014 Mustang and they had one of the best prices. When I went to get it put on, they were so helpful and friendly. The installation was flawless and looks amazing! I will definitely be back for more decals!

Printing Connection is the best company to utilize when it comes to creating and printing marketing material. We have used them for over three years and I have not had one complaint about them. They print all of our marketing items for the three companies that we have. All the employees are the amazing especially Marcos. Horrible service I order 100 copies of something they told me one price $27 then when my order was complete the price went up to $65 when i confronted them about it somehow they lost their original invoice that was written out and tried to lower the price to $45 still a big difference when the employee I made it to the original price John continue to say he does not remember when the employee said himself thats the price he told me VERY BAD Business when you lie to your customers
