Excellent Printing Company. This place is loaded with experience!

I started in the marketing department at International City Escrow, Inc. in Long Beach. The company has been around for a while and lost track of its fonts, logo colors, and we didn't have a png of the logo. The first time I contacted for help was to get our exact logo colors and fonts and the staff was so receptive and helpful when I had further questions (couldn't find one of the color codes I needed).

The second time I asked for help was in getting a png of our logo. They were quick and responsive and just so on top of great customer service I had to jump on to give them kudos!

Really was in a pinch for a custom print for wine tags. Monseratt was very helpful and worked with me as a team. I've worked with other printing companies in the past and it was a pain. I like how timely they are and solutions based they are with my projects.

Wedding products! I cannot say enough about them. In LB which made approving test prints for our save the date and invitations easy. We did not use them for design (a family member did those for us), but in terms of printing within our budget they worked with me as much as I needed. Quality is amazing! They were also are great about looking at everything and not just printing what you send them.

They found mistakes/odd things in our graphics and double checked with us and saved us $$$$ otherwise we would have had to re-print. Shout out to Monserrat and Karen!. They printed our Save the Dates and pieces of our invitation. I did not buy the full invitation package through them. I bought the envelope and invitation pocket from somewhere else and AllenPrinting printed the specific pieces to go inside and worked with me on making the prints the custom size I needed for what I bought.

I work here, great place to work, the People is nice and generous, we get stuff done on time and we Do it as a team. If you need anything cut, sorted this Is the place. Jonade, Karen and team are great! I needed shirts for an upcoming event. They listed out different quotes based on how many colors I wanted and if I was providing shirts or not. They modified the design free of charge after some last minute decisions. Shirts were great, exactly what I wanted! Everyone loved it and other people were asking if I were selling more. Easy location to pick up. TOTALLY RECOMMEND IF YOU NEED SHIRTS!

Seriously disappointed. Sorry yelp comrades, I must break with the crowd. No bueno. Was in there twice, carried away a bunch of color proofs the second time. At the time, I left a page size file to be printed later (10 on glossy stock). They insisted on giving me a quote. Fine. I had two days to get something printed for a show, and waited that day and half the next for a response. Nada.

So I sent an e-mail (I was in yesterday, got this printed, left that file) to inquire about pricing. It was a nice e-mail too, not finger-pointy by any means. Also re-stated the e-mail address and left an additional phone number. Crickets. Nothing. I have a small business and it's critical to me to whom I give work, because I can't afford to make a second or third choice.

Plus I want the (vendor, shop, whatever) to actually want the work and/or value the customer. Do I have the wrong haircut? Did i go full-Tourettes and suppress it away afterwards? Not sure why such a simple request couldn't be fielded but I had to scramble for Option B at the last minute, and was unable to do some things I needed for the show.

Will not come back here. They were SO very busy that NO ONE in the shop could send an quick e-mail, text or a phone call? (See reply). Sorry, but it sounds like you decided to blow it off instead.

Allen Printing has been an awesome business to work with. Our school, St. Cornelius, has become faithful to them for our Fiesta Silent Auction banner and brochures, tball team banners and other banners. Thanks for being such a great support to our students!

This journey started with me looking on Yelp to find the right company to make my logo as well as business cards for my photography business. When I went in I sat with Karen to go over what I was looking for. I didn't return for almost 4 mo the later but we picked up where we left off. The first attempt was not what I was looking for but they were open to redo it and start from scratch.

There was no hesitation what's so ever. The final product was AMAZING! Than I returned to get my business cards and AGAIN I fell in love with the end result! Karen is so awesome as well Jonade! I would recommend them 1000% can't wait to get my magnets started and flyers!

Big thanks to Jonade for making high quality and great looking shirts for our business. We ordered a large amount of shirts and they were done in timely manner. I have dealt with other screen printing businesses that take FOREVER to make our shirts. Jonade was easy to work with. We are picky with the type of shirts used for screen printing and Allen Printing carried high quality shirts that do not shrink or fade. The t shirts are breathable and fit great.

I came to Allen Printing because I needed new business cards made and wanted something that would really stand out. After browsing through their samples both online and in store I knew they could help me create something that really popped. The front desk associate was really nice and helpful, I told her some of the things I liked from their previous designs and she helped me choose a style and special changes for my cards.

I ended ordering skinny cards (1.5x3.5 inches instead of the standard 2x3.5) with spot UV on the logo (it makes it all shiny in the sun). They came out great and their graphic designer was super helpful in letting me know how I could improve my design for higher quality and a better overall feel. I will definitely be using these guys again in the near future for my business printing.
