Lynn Imaging

Years ago, I used Lynn Imaging almost exclusively because I could trust the quality of their print reproductions. I considered them the best shop in Lexington. However, now no longer living in Lexington, I have not used their services in quite some time. I took an item in to have 10 color reproductions made as a test run in advance of making approximately 100 color copies of a few other items because I needed high quality reproductions of these items.

I requested that they monitor the color and make color adjustments as needed in order to keep the colors as close as possible to the original item. They contacted me in a couple of days stating that the job was finished. I made the trip to Lexington to pick up the items. When I inspected the reproductions, I was literally speechless at the extremely poor quality of the prints that Lynn made and approved to be given to me as the customer.

The colors were not even moderately close. I even asked the counter person if she thought that the image was acceptable and she agreed with my assessment. It appeared as if someone just took the job from the "waiting to be done projects", put it on the first color copier available, ran the prints, and put it in the bag as finished - without a single critical or reasonable comparison of the original item to the print reproductions.

I literally could have done a better job with my poor quality all-in-one ink jet printer / scanner at home. Although they offered to do the job again, along with the other 4 items that I had intended on leaving upon inspecting this job, I was so disgusted with the lack of quality of the initial attempt, I explained that I would not be having any other prints made by Lynn.

I can no longer recommend Lynn for image reproductions if they allow and accept such poor quality finished products to be presented to the customer. A major disappointment to me personally and a waste of time for a project that I needed completed.

We couldn't be more pleased with the refresh to our 27 acre campus! The new signage is so much easier to read and modern. As a nonprofit, we have to make every dollar count, so when deciding on a company to redo all exterior signage and add additional way-finding signs.we needed to make sure we were getting quality that lasts, a great price and service for the long haul.

The team did an outstanding job with design and account management. Follow up was fantastic. We knew exactly when to plan on timing for install and installation was executed to a T! We are so happy with this project!

I have been working with Lynn Imaging for nearly 30 years, since I was a freshman in Collage. The quality of the staff is represented in the duration of their service. Most of the staff I work with at Lynn today, I worked with 30 years ago. They are smart, professional, and focused on quality. I have never had an order, even a rush order, that Cindy or Lissa have not made whatever effort was required to meet my needs. Lynn is not just a service provider but a valued relationship.

The people are as much professionals as they are friends and I can always count on all of them for our reproduction and printing needs. There is no other service like Lynn in Lexington and no need to have another.

Outstanding company! I have worked with Lynn Imaging/Monster Color since 1994. As my graphic needs grew they have always been there to accommodate every project I have sent to them. The quality is always consistent and excellent! I love that I can always count on them. every time. to get it right and get it done! And, in addition to always getting the job done right, they are so giving to our community!

If you see Lexington Habitat Construction trucks around town. that's all because of Lynn Imaging and their incredible donation to us! I am just so proud to work with them and call them my friends!

I have been doing business with Lynn Imaging/Monster Color for over 15 years now. They are the best in the business and I would recommend them to any friend, family and/or business owner. Our sales person, Joanne Underwood, knows the products so well and I never have to second guess any recommendation she provides. Then when the project comes to life, I know that Cyndi Orlando will not let anything slip through the cracks.

She keeps everything in order, on time and accurate. Lastly, when a job needs installation, Jared Porter makes certain it's perfect. Team work and customer service is what they are all about and as a customer I value that above all!

I recently designed 3 pop-up banners for a client and printed them with Lynn Imaging's Monster Color division. The employees were super friendly and easy to work with. Not only were they happy to answer all of my questions at our initial meeting, but they were also very prompt in returning emails and phone calls. The final product looked amazing and the client was happy. Great people who do great work!

Lynn was very accommodating and helpful. I walked in with a photo on my phone, left 20 minutes later with business cards in three colors. Prices are also very reasonable. Please note that they moved recently to Short St. near Rose.
