I didn't have the easiest order, but they did it on-time, extremely high quality, and with a smile.

I normally don't post negative reviews, but when you've been burned the same way on multiple occasions, it's hard not to. Do not waste your time here, because that's what it is: A literal waste of time. I work for a healthcare practice here in town and we have our scrubs embroidered with our company logo. We do this annually for 12-14 scrub tops, then on several separate occasions throughout the year as needed.
The last 3 times I've taken our items to be embroidered, I was told each time that it would be a week to get the job completed. No problem. It wound up being 2 weeks once, and THREE WEEKS the other two times. On the first occasion, after the initial week had come and gone, I called to check the status. I was told that the lady who does the embroidery was on vacation the previous week and that it'd be the following week before our items were ready.
No big deal. Though, you should've told me when I placed the order that it would be longer if the only person doing embroidery would be out. Fast forward. The next TWO times, I waited past the initial quote of a week's time, to two weeks before I called. On BOTH occasions, I was, yet again, told that the embroidery lady was on vacation and it would be another week before they were completed. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?
I called them out on it, they apologized, and our items were finished within the week. Of course, when I called them at the end of that week (because I still hadn't heard anything), they told me that the items had been ready for a few days and that they had already called to let me know. We only have TWO people in the office on the day they said they called, one of them being myself.
Neither of us spoke with anyone from their office. I decided I would give them one more chance and dropped off a single top to be embroidered on Thursday morning, February 13th, AFTER calling to get an estimated turnaround time. I was told that if I dropped it off that day, they would probably have it done by the end of the day. Awesome. As I said, I dropped it off at 10:00am.
Today is the 23rd and I still have yet to get my item. I called to get a status update and was told that the person who wrote up my order didn't give it to the embroidery lady. And that it'd be done towards the end of the week. I'll be heading over today to pick up my item and drop it off at another place.
