Great to work with. Needed signs for my buildings and after speaking with them for a few minutes they recommended the best option which worked great. Signs were ready quickly and pricing was very fair. Thank you guys.

Pros: very nice and attentive "front desk/ admin staff " Cons: After your your initial meeting your placed on the back burner. Received a partial refund because of a "design fee" when I designed everything myself on canva. Was charged a design fee or a site survey, the manager did not know which I was being charged for. If it was for a site survey, they're typically free ands one mentioned this charge before they came.

It was suddenly Mentioned when I wanted a refund. Took about 3 months to jear anything, im not a babysitter. I paid for a project and shouldn't have to micromanage something I was paying for. They did not follow design instructions or colors

Strategic Factory was great to deal with. They understand your needs and work hard to get you the products you're looking for. They have a large selection of options and their knowledge of their product was fantastic. We will definitely be using them again!

Overall we had a great experience with Strategic Factory from beginning to end! They were able to answer all of our questions, checked in regularly with updates, and made the install process seems seamless even when scheduling issues came up. They were very professional the entire time and a joy to work with. We will for sure be using them again for future projects and would highly recommend them to others!

My experience with Strategic Factory was very different than with every other company I tried to use for this order. I had a very specific request for an item design and material (Tyvek) that was not in the normal inventory. The representative that I worked with listened well and worked with the team to procure my desired material and design it exactly as requested.

They even found a different material that had all of the same benefits as Tyvek, but at a much lower cost. The product is great and the service was unusually friendly and capable. I'll definitely use Strategic Factory for future needs.

The job was hand-delivered to ensure that we got it on our new employee's first day. It was printed perfectly and the materials are top-notch.
