After reading the great reviews and looking at their website, I decided to go to Tayco to inquire about an embroidery job. After following to signs to the back area for drop off and pick up I waited my turn and found a service representative who proceeded to chastise me for not going to the web site first to put in my order and waiting directions to drop off the item to be embroidered.
I read the whole site and never saw any of these instructions. I also called and was not told this on the phone. I felt I got a parking lot reprimand from him in front of another customer and felt harassed at that point because he had his audience. I left the scene telling him I would find someone else to do the job. What a horrible way to treat a customer and unbelievably unprofessional! They have lost our business.

Not sure what has happened to this long-time favorite. Have not had an issue in eight years. Today, Our first major "post-COVID" purchase showed significant change in thier business model. No longer allowed to review a product before purchase. Not allowed to swipe a card in store. Literally told to "call in and pay" when a card reader is six feet away.
Sound ridiculous? We thought so too. Add to that picking up our (relatively small) one package order at the commercial receiving dock. The dock hand (quite rude) had no concept of customer service. For that matter no basic adult courtesy. In short, if this is your business model moving forward. You may have challenges.
