We have used them for several projects for nearly 9 years now. They are a family owned business, and can offer personal attention and expertise that most others cannot.

Short runs, tight timelines and challenging customer artwork. I've seen Heritage Printing handle it all while maintaining reasonable pricing over many years of doing business with them.

Unfortunately my experience was very similar to David peoples' experience. Walked in, talked to the guys for an hour, they seemed to appreciate the business. Robert was supposed to call me the next day with the proofs for my project. Well, 4 days later (friday) I called and left a voicemail asking for a status around 3PM. No one returned my call up to Monday at 12pm so I sent an email saying I was concerned and asking for a status. Robert finally emailed me at 4Pm saying only "hey Carry.

Will have proofs to you this afternoon". He STILL never sent anything or said anything else. Needless to say, after they wasted a week of my time and threw my business away for only God knows what reason, I would never bother talking to them again.

I walked in with the hope my business could get some printing done, with a book project and establish a relationship for many future projects. I was given a business card and I was told to send the file digitally. I sent the file digitally, but didn't hear anything after a week. So, I sent a follow up message the next week and didn't hear anything. so I called, I was told the person to ask wasn't there and that he'd call me after he got back from lunch.

No call. I was concerned something was up, so I called him up on the phone and was quickly dismissed and told that he was too busy with working the printers and working customer support to address any of my needs and that he would email me later that day. He was extremely short and didn't really give me an opportunity to even say much. Since I used google to find this place, I think it fair that I explain the experience I encountered and the disappointment of wasting my time trying to find a new printer. Maybe the experience was different a couple of years ago. I can't wait 2+ weeks for a quote on one project or be dismissed on the phone if I call.

They did a great job with my booklet printing. It was completed on time and at half the cost of Kinko's!

I highly recommend Heritage printing extremely customer oriented and willing to do whatever they can do to make the customer happy.

A friend referred me to Heritage Printing and I cannot express how much I appreciate the staff's expert advice, art design and friendliness. Another time I needed a last minute print product on a Friday afternoon for a local event after another printer failed to have my printing completed.

I had to get booklets done really fast and the folks at Heritage made it happen. They helped me fix my file which was all messed up plus they gave me an upgraded paper at no charge. They handled everything really good even when I had to make a change at the last minute they still got them all done in plenty of time for my presentation. Thank you!
