I called Stacy for some assistance in closing an LLC and settling a past expense with a fine that I had with the city of Los Angeles finance department, and she knew exactly how to deal with the situation and was able to get me an answer on the fine and had dissolved the LLC with in a week. She was professional and responsive with my requests. I would recommend her if you're needing to deal with the state and city with business licenses and LLC's.
